Newly remodeled, nicely decorated, South view corner unit on the 8th floor with a wrap around the balcony. This centrally air-conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to six vacationers. The furnished bedrooms include a new king size bed in master and new twin size at the guests bedroom, additionally, our spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two full baths privide space for everyone. Linens, towels, beach chairs are included. For the traveling executive, we offer free speed Wi-Fi. It's a perfect place to enjoy a day on the beach, relax next to the pool or watch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony.

Natalia, Just wanted to say thanks again for letting us enjoy the use of your lovely condo. I cannot say enough good things about it. The location is tops. The weather (which is out of your control) could not have been better. The condo itself is beautiful. I love what you have done with it. I think that when a unit is so nice, it is easy to treat it like home. And, I cannot say enough about the sound system and about the availability of Wi-Fi. Everything was just great. I also wanted to let you know that right before we left on Friday there was a delivery. It was a long large box from West Elm. We brought it inside the unit and put it near the bench in the foyer area. Finally, when we dropped off the keys, we left them in an empty ‘plant stand’ near the front door. When we find out the dates for our spring break next year, we would love to return to your unit. I will be in contact. P.S. Love the new bed! Thanks again! First was the expansive white sand beach, then the view overlooking the pool, beach, and the ocean. The condo was nice and had a new contemporary feel. The unit was very clean. Wow. Two large flat-screen TVs and new sound system. We really enjoyed the entertainment systems after the sun went down. Nice new furniture as well. We'll be back for sure. The fall is even nice!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The owners thought of everything! The location is fantastic! My husband and I enjoyed two weeks at this wonderful condo. The balcony is a special treat, very large and spacious. We had lunch everyday sitting out on the balcony. The condo is very clean, decorated tastefully and met all our needs. We so much enjoyed our stay and definetely we will come back to this property.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

From May 1- to week before Christmas .. $750-$850/week.. $2900/month From week before Christmas-week after Easter .. $1400-$1800/week .. $4900/month A deposit of $250 is required to hold your rental date. The deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure. The condo association charges a $20 fee when you register State and Local tourist tax is 10% Cleaning fee $95
