Welcome to Island Royale. You will love this beautifully decorated beach front, 7th floor condo. This unit has the Master with King with private bath. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. The unit has 9' ceilings, living area with leather love seat and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped to meet your every need with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and 4 bar stools for ample eating area. Enjoy dining on your private balcony which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living area. What fun to enjoy sunrise, sunset and meals from this extra large balcony with views of the sugar sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
TV's, Stereo, VCR's and DVD's are in the unit wired & wireless free internet & Cable in the building. The 3rd Floor has a workout room, steam room, sauna, card room & library. The pool is a swim-thru heated with indoor pool for bad weather swimming &(2)Hot Tubs, one inside & one outside. Bar-B-Q grills, picnic tables & new deck furniture & a few short steps to the white sands & beautiful water make your beach experience awesome!

What an amazing experience. The condo was incredibly clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals (pots, pans utensils, etc) and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 to move about. The view of the Gulf was spectacular from the balcony and steps away from the beach. This condo had everything that we needed for our stay including beach chairs that aside from buying groceries and toiletries we didn't need to bring much else but our suitcases. So wonderful we would most certainly come back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Beautiful white sand and warm climate year-round. Many fun exciting things to do, great shopping, dinning, water parks, deep sea fishing, boating, golf, tennis, biking and more for a wonderful vacation. Very comfortable beds and leather furniture which gives the unit a great look and feel. We just redecorated and painted the unit and would live there if we could. It is totally stress free fun in the gulf sun!
