  We loved this place. We had a great week with the kids as the location and aminities were perfect. The deck on top of the building was fabulous for watching the fireworks and I felt like we had the best accomadations on the beach. The large King sized beds were very comfortable and the big living area was great for movies and relaxing. The beautiful lady who rented the condo was very responsive to our needs. I will be back for sure in the future.

  We did not have extra high expectations because we have stayed at Edgewater before and know that the complex is quite old. Many owners do not keep up with updating the units and there is only so many things that you can do with a place that is over 30 years old. Tamara has done a pretty good job making this condo look nice. There are a few things that could be updated further, like granite in the kitchen, but the condo is decorated with class and there are many nice updates. The two king beds were great because we did not have to chose which couple would get the king bed...we both got one! There were six of us and this condo was the perfect size for us. Plenty of room so that we were not "on top of each other." We will return without a doubt. Worth the trip!

  This is the first time I have written a review but I have stayed at this condo several times. I can't believe that someone has the nerve to write a bad review for this condo. I have come down with the family and for a girls weekend and every time we had have a had blast and the condo has always been immaculate. My most recent stay was aqround May 18 and I was amazed by the remodeling that had been done. Talk about an amazing master bedroom bathroom. This place was nice before but I am agh now. I will definitely be renting this place agian before the summer is up. Also I am thankful for the lady that I rent this place from becuase she is so friendly and helpful. That is always a plus to have a friendly person you are renting from and a nice place to call home for your vacation.

  My husband and I brought our children and grandchildren to the beach for a long weekend to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were greeted by a "Happy 25th Anniversary" sign on the door to the condo! It was a wonderful way to spend time with family. It was too cold to swim in the large pool but the other tower had a heated pool that we could use and the kids were happy just swimming in the large hot tubs. The weather was quite nice compared to where we live and we liked that not many people were staying at Edgewater during this time of year. We love seafood so we enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and really liked a small casual cajun-type place that Tamara recommended called "Dee's Hangout" GREAT FOOD AND PRICES! We want to come back but cannot decide if we should come without the kids or spend it with just the two of us relaxing! Either way we know we will have an enjoyable time!

  Everything was great during our stay. I can't imagine why anyone would call the condo a dump! I want to come again! I will be calling again, of course off-season is much more economical for us since we have no children and can travel during this time. Thank you for everything!

  What an awesome vacation our family had staying in your condo during Thanksgiving holidays. Condo layout was perfect and spacious...and the view is just breathtaking. Place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Thank you so much for sharing your place with our family. We are so looking forward to coming back next year!

  My family and I stayed in the condo the for a long weekend in December and we really enjoyed our stay. The views are truly AMAZING, the rooftop deck is great for hanging out looking over the ocean and pool views. We had 5 adults staying there and we were all very comfortable. It was bigger and better than we had expected.... It was like home away from home! The pool area is gorgeous, walking on the beach, which is so close, was beautiful and there was a hot tub for the colder december nights. (The restaraunt on the premises is really very good....get the spanish omelt!) Overall I would LOVE to stay here again, we had a great time! Thanks Tamara!

  We are Panama City residents but wanted to be on the beach for the Taste of Bay event at Pier Park since our house is about 40 minutes away. This condo made us feel as if we had escaped further from home and the break was well needed. Thanks! The sunset was gorgeous and the accommodations were perfect. I cannot wait to do it again! It's nice knowing that we live so close to paradise! We had not met Tamara before this trip, but we feel as if we have a new friend. Feeling blessed ;)

  The pictures are very accurate and the view is even better in person when the nice breeze and sound of the waves are added! We came for a family reunion and everyone was envious of us when they saw this condo. We arrived a little earlier than expected, but Tamara met us right away so we could check in without waiting. She sent us a text two times during our stay to see if we needed any extra towels or anything. I thought that was nice. The kids loved the upstairs room because they felt like they had a little hide-away of their own. October was a perfect time to come to Panama City, not too hot during the day and nice + cool at night. Thanks, we will be back!

  Stayed here for a gymnastic meet. This place is a dump! I read all hthe other reviews and they seemed great. So disappointed. Tamara went on and on about how her place is updated and very nice. I was SHOCkED when we arrived. There were electrical outlets that were missing face plates in the living room by the mirror, bedroom to the left when you walk in had water spots on the ceiling, mold all around the mirror in the tub,bottom of door was missing a chunck out of the corner bottom, ceiling had cracks in it and we could not use the bunk bed because the fan would chop off your head it was so close to the bed. There was not enough bedding to accommodate my family and pillows. I have pictures to back all this up. Also there is a note on the fridge saying that if you are not actually sitting in the living room then you need to have the curtains closed. She works near the pool and looks up to check on her place all the time. My daughter does not want to return this year to the gymnastic meet because of this dump!! Since we paid in cash ( because that is all she accepts ) I was not able to dispute this and get my money back. Maybe that is why she does not except credit cards!! Never have written a review before, but just feel that I wish someone would have warned me. I paid a lot of money to stay here.

  Owner response: Customer satisfaction is very important to me. You knew that I live 15 minutes from the condo and could have easily addressed these issues during your stay; however, you never contacted me regarding any problems and it is heartbreaking that I am just now learning about them 8 months later after seeing your review. To address the issues now...Yes, there was a mirrored electrical cover plate that got broken, it was replaced when I was made aware of it months ago. The ceiling was never cracked, the outdated popcorn-texture on the ceiling had a hairline 4-5 inch crack in it and during the 2012 off-season, I had the popcorn-texture removed. I also replaced the garden tub and wall-sized mirror in the master bathroom with a new tiled stand-in shower. The ceiling fan that hangs slightly (maybe 1 or 2 inches) over the bunk bed can be turned off.(?) I DO NOT stand by the pool to check on the unit. I work full time as a business administrator (not located on Edgewater property) and although I love the pool and beach, I cannot imagine spending my time off "watching my condo." I have been blessed when it comes to my rental guests and there is no need for me to watch over them. In order to keep the condo comfortable and to conserve energy, I ask guests to consider closing the drapes when they are not in the unit and/or not using the living room. I accept money orders, bank cashier checks, or cash. I could not figure out why you wrote such an awful review until I remembered that you were $75 short of the rental cost at check-in and you departed without paying me the full amount due even though it was discounted $100 less per night than what Edgewater management charges. I deducted what you owed me from your deposit. Possibly that angered you, so you wrote a bad review? I'm not sure that you REALLY had such a bad experience, but if you did, I'm sorry and would have liked the opportunity to make things better but you never informed me that anything was wrong. I cannot correct issues that I haven't been made aware of.
