  Just completed our 3rd straight year for our girls trip at this condo. Great location to everything that we could ask for. This condo is always in excellent condition and we feel so at home there. Bonus for me...going back there with family in July! See you soon Nina!

  We were extremly pleased with this property! We will be back every year and stay here... The walk to the Beach is like litterly 2 seconds if your in a hurry and 2 mins if you stroll. This is a gated community which we felt very safe for our children to play and walk to and from the beach . The pool is litterly right out the door, you could sit on the master bedrrom balcony and watch your kids or pull the blinds in the kitchen to see. convient market and mexican resturant right next door. Walking distance. Owner was very kind and attentive to us and our needs. Target, walgreens, winn Dixie, Wal-mart, Big Kahuna Water Park, The Trac, Souvineer Shope, The Donut Hole a must go, Parisailing, Pontoon Rentals, Boat Charters, Shooping Mall which I might note are amazing, The Harbor Walk which is also amazing you can go on Dolphin tours, see fireworks all kinds of goodies there....SO SO SO Much to do and if you wanted to you could walk to almost everything I listed. Oh yeah and Yougurt Mountain Carmel Pretzle yougurt is to die for if you love sweet and salty....Great location!!! Even the days it rained it was enjoyable... Condo is well kept and very roomy there are 6 of us all 4 kids shared 1 bedroom and my husband and I had the master and there were absolutely no complaints. Only advice would be to bring ALOT of sunblock no matter how dark you are and bring your own dishwasher tabs, shower soap, toliet paper, Paper Towels. There will be some there when you get there but if you spend a week or longer with a big family you will run out!!! Oh Yeah we meet some Amazing life long friends that stayed in a unit across the parking lot.. We ate dinner together went to the Beach together and funny story we will be booking our next vacation at the same place together next year. The possibilities are ENDLESS here. I hope you enjoy yourselves as much as we did. Oh yeah and the condo storage closet had everything we needed for the Beach.... Umbrella's, Chairs, Floats, Toys. you name it.. If you want a good spot on the beach wake up at 6:30 am and go set up your chairs and umbrella's and go back whenever you want no one will bother your things and your guranted to have a spt no matter what!!! ENJOY.. :::::))))))

  We stayed in at the unit from 8/10/12 to 8/24/12. The unit was well maintained, nicely decorated and super close to the beach. The owner was very attentive to us. The kitchen table was wobbly, and she purchased a new one at Pier 1 on the very next day! The kitchen is well-equipped and was nicely remodeled. All appliances are new. I had also mentioned that in one of the bathrooms, there was no place to storage shampoo, soap, etc., and she bought one and gave to us on the next day too. Thanks Nina! All my family loved your place, and we had so much fun!

  The house is big and very clean, 3 minutes walk to the beach, walk back for lunch every day. Store close by, very safe area. it is a perfect vacation place for a family. The owner is very friendly and easy going. We will stay there again.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.
