This is a very special and rare rental -- a beach home that we use ourselves and have decided to share with renters for portions of the summer. It is treated with much care. and an ideal setting for a family vacation. The home is a professionally decorated new duplex (built two years ago)just one house in from the sand! The huge rooftop deck provides panoramic views of both the ocean and the bay, sunset and sunrise dining, and great sunbathing. There is endless entertainment from the rooftop watching the beach volleyball games, the surfers, and the boats going in and out of the channel to the ocean.
The home is in a fantastic location in the quieter end of South Mission Beach by the jetty, just off the boardwalk and a short stroll or bike ride to the famous Mission Beach roller coaster and Belmont Park. Rental includes two beach cruiser bikes, two boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, coolers, beach umbrella and much more. There is a two car tandem garage. Additional parking is available just a 3 minute walk across the beach to the City Parking Lot.

Love our stay in the Cameron's house. Very comfortable and the amenities were great. The place is spacious and the location is superb. Would love to come back next summer. Bravo!! The SnydersRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My wife and I are the owners of the home. We have been married for 30 years (high school sweethearts) and have 3 daughters. I am in the real estate development business and my wife is an artist who runs her own clothing business. We have lived in San Diego since 1983 and have always loved spending time at the beach. We saw this duplex under construction a couple of years ago and, after climbing up the scaffolding to the rooftop deck, decided we absolutely HAD to own it. We love spending time there and so will you. It provides a very warm and charming environment. Because we live in San Diego we should be around to help you get moved in and help with any questions you have during your stay.
