Our family loved this lovely home for our vacation. It was spacious, just what we needed and very homey. We would love to rent there again for our vacation. Close to the beach, it has a nice pool, and the pond/river was beautiful. The photos were great. It was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful. Would definetly recommend this property. Thanks for allowing us to have such a great vacationRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

I am grateful that the owner was willing to work out a payment plan with me, which was wonderful. The home size was great and the game table a big hit. I would not stay here again for the following reason: the trash/recycling issue is more than anyone should have to deal with on their vacation which included e-mail reminders from the owner. Both containers were jam packed indicating that previous renters may not have understood how to handle it...either. We also didn't like that we weren't given a key and had to enter and exit only through the garage. We joined the pool for the additional expense and were givent he fob. We decied to leave a day early because of weather and went twice to turn in the fob and no one was there. We eventually had to call and wait for someone to come and get it dealying our departure. Could use updated flat screen TV's.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We were a large family of grandparents, children and grandchildren spending 2 weeks at Swann Cove. The house was spacious, clean and quite comfortable for all of us. The house was near perfect for our family. We stayed with 3 generations in the house and everyone had plenty of room. The game table was a great feature to keep kids 5 to 10 entertained, and was the suprise hit of the vacation. The community was quiet and the pool not crowded and clean. The house is located in the ideal location for a large family or group with a grocery store walking distance, and the beaches a 10 minute drive away. The only thing we could ask for was a wireless internet connection, as day to day it makes it easier to find the best deals and directions to local attractions. We were able to access free internet from the kitchen, but the signal was weak and would often disconnect. The house was great, the community quiet, and the beaches close, we will stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.
