My family enjoyed our annual 4th of July vacation in Emerald Island this year. House was very accomodating and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed pool and hot tub after visiting the theme parks. Would definitely recommend anyone (families, seniors) to rent this home and we would love to come back again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

All my kids like the pool best! More than evough chairs and loung for you under shade to watch kids play in the water. very comfortable house with everything you can think and baby stuffs and all cookware... The best location! We even came back to house taking a nap in the afternoon then went back to parks for the evening programs!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We took a vacation with my other 3 families on the week of March 5th for a whole week. This villa gave us enough space to sleep and play. Beautiful decoration and high quality bedding and furnitures. The location is the best I think with so many amenities in the community. Next time we will not plan many time in the park, jsut stay in villa to enjoy the pool (wow forgot to mention 18 pieces of patio furniture including the bar and BBQ) and community in club house....Come back next year for sure! Thanks for Lucia and Li 's timely assistant for issues we had!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We just spent 1 week in the wonderful home. 5 families; 17 people. We did not feel cramped. Hardly heard any noise from our bedrooms. Rooms situated so that each seemed to be in their 'own world'. House furnishings lovely and plenty of kitchen dishes. Could have used more utensils, but we used the dishwasher often. Being there a week, we could have used a mop when children came in with wet feet, but we did fine with paper towels. Owner great for answering our multitude of questions. Management was super responsive when upstairs a/c froze up. Pool & hot tub clean and clear. Very large patio compared to other houses we saw in the neighorhood. Loved the screened pool/patio area. No bugs there or in the house! Wonderful experience and would recommend house/owner to anyone.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
