Very clean and new 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront condo located in Panama City Beach. The condo is fully furnished with 1146 square feet of living area and a very large balcony (10'x28'--> one of the largest balconies you will find on the beach). Unit comes with a full kitchen with granite countertops, stackable washer and dryer in the unit, 3 Flat screen TVs and 3 DVD players (one in each room), and a CD stereo system. This is a full 2/2, as opposed to other "bunk" units that are listed as rooms.
The condo sleeps 6 comfortably and is located on the 11th floor with magnificent views of the ocean and white sandy beach. Very kid friendly with separate closet for inflatable floats, tubes and beach related gear. Only one mile from the popular Pier Park. Reserved parking is also available in a covered garage contained in the condo building (as opposed to across the street with a walkway). Just take the elevator up and you are in the unit.
This unit is graded "Platinum" with Resortquest with the highest level of quality in furnishings and decor. If you are looking for the lowest price on the Beach, then this condo is probably not for you. If you are looking for a newer, clean, upscale and comfortable condo, then this might be for you. My wife and I have owned this property for about one year and we stay in the unit about two weeks per year. We are very clean minded and maintain the unit in the best shape since we prefer it to be perfect when we stay as well. We live in Houston and do not have the type of white beaches that you see in Panama City Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Reef
You cannot beat the white beaches in Panama City Beach along with the many activities for both kids and adults. We have lived in Florida for many years and only prefer those beaches that are white as opposed to some of the brown sand that you see on the east coast. There is so much to do and excellent beachside restaurants for you to enjoy.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the roominess of this unit--1146 square feet and the balcony is super. All appliances and furnishings were added only 7 months ago so you find it to still be in "new" condition.

My family and I schedule a last minute vacation to Panama City Beach and fortunately found this wonderful condo. Ray was a pleasure to work with and his condo delivered as advertised.....new, clean, upscale and comfortable. Not only was the condo very nice, but we were also very impressed with Ocean Reef! It had all the ammenities you would expect during a beach front vacation and was very close to Pier Park, which had something for everyone. We'll definitely return and recommend it to our friends.
