  My wife and I stayed in this unit for a week beginning 04/28/12. The unit is exactly as described in the listing and we would most definitely stay here again. The owner was very easy to work with and we had a great experience!! The location is great. Very easy access to I-4, International Drive, and the airport. Disney was only a few minutes away, as was Universal, Sea World, and numerous golf courses. This is a third-floor corner unit, and the walk to the clubhouse and pool was very short. There was ample parking right in front of the building which had two elevators. The unit, and the entire property, was very clean and safe (a gated community). There was more than ample closet and chest-of-drawers space, an in-room safe, a fully stocked kitchen, and full-sized washer and dryer units. In addition, the 'usual/basic' condo provisions were included: several bars of soap, lotion, shampoo, a roll of paper towels, TP, numerous hangers in the closets, etc. The pool table was a plus!! The property management/front-desk (located in the clubhouse) was very helpful, and renting directly from the owner was no problem at all (unlike a few other locations at which we have stayed). Tip: get your free pool towels from the front desk upon check-in. In summary, a great unit in a great location and we would stay again in a heart-beat.

  Stayed here in early November as a family vacation. Unit is located within Vista Cay and is right on the the lake with a great view. Everything in the unit was as described. Perfect place with three kids as there was plenty of space for all. Only a very short walk to the clubhouse and large pool and jacuzzi. Was very quiet during our stay here. We visited both Disney and Universal and this location is perfect for that as it is in the middle of each. Publix is only 2min drive for all food needs and if you want to eat out you are in International Drive within 5 mins. All in all a great stay!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Outstanding facility with all amenities. Close to all attractions and immaculately maintained. Security is good and pricing very reasonable. Booking & Check In was easy and problem free, Customer service is accommodating and superior in followup. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again when back in the Orlando area.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
