New to the rental market one of the largest beach houses in the neighborhood for room to spread out! Beautiful beach house offers all the amenities for a wonderful beach vacation. Located at the west end of Galveston Island at Pointe San Luis. Located 15 minutes from Galveston it is a great getaway. The beaches are much prettier and less busy down here and no driving traffic allowed!
This extra large beach house has two large balconies (covered and uncovered) that overlook the beach and Gulf. One additional covered balcony looks to the bay for a beautiful sunset!
This house offers everything you could possibly need, then some. You have an amazing master suite with king size bed and large master bath with a double headed shower and walk in closet. The master has a beautiful gulf view from it's private balcony. There is one additional bedroom with a queen bed and private bath upstairs. Two downstairs bedrooms have a hollywood bath with shower and single beds for 8 and balcony that overlooks the bay. There is an additional 1/2 bath on the first floor for a total of 3.5 baths. We provide all linens and towels. This house also has a large laundry room.
Enjoy your morning coffee or dining anytime on the balcony. We've provided outdoor furniture on the balconies. Sit out and listen to the waves or come in and enjoy the new large flat screen TV in the living area. There is a second flat screen TV in the master. The extra large kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, blender, and anything else you could possible need. We don't keep computers or wi-fi on the property. Sorry!
A few extras for your entertainment such as beach towels, portable chairs and lots of sandy beaches. The ground floor patio area is spacious and has a charcoal grill and is secluded from surrounding homes. There is also a community swimming pool in our development within walking distance.
This beach house sleeps 12 in beds. Maximum number of guests is 12. Be sure to look at the pictures below and email or call if you have any additional questions. Also visit our fan page on facebook for additional pictures on our Facebook Fan page, just search for Defender Ln.
We do require that the person signing the rental agreement be at least 25. We do have a cancellation policy, so please inquire. A $250 security deposit is required at time of booking which will be refunded with (7) working days of check out.

My siblings and our families all joined for a reunion at the beach in this beautiful home at San Luis. It was our first trip to the area and we immediately fell in love with the home and the beach. This home has a beautiful deck overlooking the gulf, close enough to see, hear, and smell! There is a covered patio area beneath for shaded play and gathering which has a great breeze. The home had plenty of room for the 10 of us with many empty sleeping spots remaining. The kitchen had all we needed to cook all meals. Plenty of bathrooms for a party of 10 as well. The floorplan was great for giving each of us plenty of privacy and allowed for napping! We appreciated having a grill, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and toys to use at the beach. Also lounge chairs for the deck at the house. Shalene was great to work with and answered all questions promptly and completely. Great home for a large party of people. Nice neighborhood, houses all have big private yards. Loved he walkover to the beach. We also rented a golf cart for my brother in a wheelchair and were able to use that to get him to the beach. There are plenty of handicap accessible beach entrances nearby. Had to carry him up/down the steps into the home though. Great stay in Galveston beach, thanks Shalene!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This area is great....away from the hustle of Galveston. The beaches are restricted and motor traffic is not allowed, so it isn't as busy as other beaches. The water is prettier and the fishing is better!
