  this place is really great. Very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Hot tub. Neighbors were great. Amazing location super close to the best skiing which didn't matter to me as I was here in the summer but when I come back in the winter this is where I will stay. The best part was the kitchen. I have probably stayed at close to 2 dozen condo units the last few years in my travels and this is by far the best equipped kitchen-it has everything you need. A lot of the former renters have left spices and condiments and other things which make it much easier and cheaper to really make full use of the kitchen.

  This townhouse is in one of the best locations if you're looking to ski Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude, without paying the premium price of being in a ski in-ski out location. Another big plus: proximity to grocery stores and restaurants! The unit was recently remodeled and is clean, functional and very spacious. We'll definitely go back!

  Very large, clean and comfortable condo. The owner was very helpful. It is a excellent site near the skiing area. We ask to change the water in the spa and be careful with the cover it is heavy and difficult to handle. I recommend this location for everyone.

  Extremely happy with our stay at this condo. Josh was helpful from start to finish. Everything is clean and the view is superb. All amenities as described and the condo is very large and spacious. We were only four people and had tons of room to spread out. Big bonus to have a double car garage with hanging racks for all the wet gear. Specially in the mornings, car is not covered in snow! The location can't be beat, everything is handy from great restaurants, ski rentals, grocery store and the best part, 20 minutes to the lifts! Hope to be back again. Thanks, Josh!

  I spent three days with my brothers at this condo for some great skiing. The condo was perfect, the location couldn't be better, and divided between the three of us, you can't beat the value. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

  Great condo!!! We were really happy with our visit to Salt Lake City for our ski trip the first week of January. The condo had everything we needed. Working with Josh, owner, was wonderful and he made all of our vacation planning very simple. Two things that we really liked, that we have not had at other condos, was a hot tub right on the porch. No traveling in the cold to a separate area. We loved the idea of having a garage - no storing of boots and skis inside. No digging out of the snow - car warmed up quickly. Josh gave us a contact for ski rentals and it was so convenient to have our boots and skis fitted in the condo. Josh also helped us with our car rental - we got a good rate and dealing with the rental company was very easy.. Another nice thing -the kitchen had a lot of the basic staples such as salt, pepper, paper napkins, coffee filters, aluminum foil, etc. It made it convenient. The location was great to the ski slopes - only took about 20-25 minutes to get to Alta, Snowbird and Brighton. The condo was as it appeared in the photos, clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to others. A grocery store was only minutes away and had everything we were looking for. Thanks Josh for everything.

  For the second time this year my family and I stayed at the Canyon Racquet Club only in a different condo. The layout was very good, it was well appointed and convenient to EVERYTHING. The property was clean and maintained just as described. In the winter the condos are close to 4 major ski areas and in the summer there are so many hiking trails that there just isn't enough time to enjoy even a small fraction of the. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. He was responsive (we made reservations at the very last minute), followed up and was very pleasant, taking care of all of our needs. Our only reservation about recommending this facility is that if everyone sees how nice it is they may book it and we won't be able to reserve it again! Just joking. We all highly recommend the Canyon Racquet Club 3BR condos owned and operated by Alta Bird Rentals

  We stayed at this place in the beginning of September for two weeks and everything was just great! We booked this condominium for a family vacation and we were very comfortable. We dealt with a property owner named Josh and he really helped us out. He rented a car for us and answered all of our questions regarding points of interest. He was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The best part of our stay was that this place had everything we needed including a washer and dryer and I loved the nfl ticket that they had on the direct tv. I would recommend this place for anyone who is interested in a clean place that also looks like the pictures in the ad.

Additional information about rental rates

For parties of 10 or more people or condominium rentals that spend 5 or fewer nights there will be an additional $100 cleaning charge. Reservations can be immediately secured by using a credit card or bank wire. A credit card convenience fee of $25-$50 will be charged as a management fee.
