$85/night (3 night minimum) .. $550/week .. $1600/month
$75 cleaning fee (Just clean kitchen/Dining area on day of departure).
No cleaning fee if renter elects to clean house upon departure.
50% Deposit Required, Balance Due Upon Arrival.
Cancellation:  Should you have to cancel, we ask for a two week notice.  At that
time we will refund half of your original deposit.
