Beautiful, beach front 2 Bedroom condo. This unit is rented as a 1 bedroom, 1675 square ft on the 8th floor,in the North Tower.
We have an amazing view of the coast line of the ocean and beautiful sunsets year round. Beautifully decorated with premium furnishing. Our condo has been designed for our own personal use, not just as a rental. We just finished remodeling our entire kitchen and bedroom. We have all brand new appliances and we knocked down a wall so that the space is brighter and more open. Is beautiful! We now have a king size bed for your comfort. Chaise teak lounge chairs and teak table and chairs on the terrace. Very spacious unit, much larger than the tipical one bedroom units. We have twice the view of the one bedroom apartments.
Our building is absolutely beautiful, is only 5 years old. We have 2 large infinity pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, gym, sauna and our grounds are beautiful. Our location is much better than the new Marina building. Right across the street, you will find all kinds of great shops and a flea market. There are also many great restaurants, some very rasonable with wonderful menus. We also have 2 markets and several pharmacies. This is the perfect unit for a couple that wants to relax and enjoy a beautiful apartment and view. Although there is plenty to do if you want to stay active. Fishing, snorkeling, banana boat rides, jet sking, etc. We are renting for the first time and would like to rent to couples that will appreciate, respect and enjoy a beautiful place, just as much as we do. Ixtapa, Mexico Bay View Grand Condominiums Apartment # N 804 Don & Marianne Sosnoski – Troy, Michigan Review Submitted: June 2011 Date of Stay: March 2011 It is difficult to imagine a more perfect unit for a romantic stay in lovely Ixtapa. This unit is perfectly located to provide panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean with the many Islands dotting the horizon and fishing boats heading out to sea, or the daily sunset sails out of Zihuatanejo on the Picante, always with a perfect view of the incredible sunsets. Cocktails on the large balcony at Sunset or Coffee in the morning overlooking the large courtyard below with the many pools and tropical vegetation provides for unimagined solitude. Enjoy a day of sunning on the beautiful beach, on the deck, or around the numerous pools, or simply take a long walk along the beach. This large apartment is impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated with a complete kitchen for culinary experts. The condominium’s staff is always very helpful and courteous. The weather was unbelievably beautiful, allowing for evening strolls to nearby excellent restaurants or shopping in a perfectly safe environment. Enjoy a romantic dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants in Zihuatanejo overlooking the harbor and city below at sunset. Why the Owner Chose Ixtapa:
My husband and I love Mexico, and a friend of ours had bought a condo in the building and told us about it. We took a trip to check it out about 5 years ago when it was still under contruction. We fell in love with Ixtapa, the people and the buidling. We loved the design of the building and the location. My husband says this is the must beautiful place in all of Mexico. My husband works very hard and has a hard time relaxing. He is a very active person and can not stay still. After we bought this unit, for the first time he was actually taking naps. He works very hard and when we go to Ixtapa he can actually relax and enjoy himself. For us this is a little peace of Paradise on earth and our second home. Our neighbors are great people and we have become very good friends with some of them, so is fun coming to Ixtapa and getting together with them. I was born in Mexico City and lived in Acapulco for 5 years. Of all the resorts in Mexico this is my favorite. Zihua, and Ixtapa are still very small towns compared to some of the larger resorts. The people of Ixtapa are respectful and sweet. Never had any problems. I take the buss to go to down town and if the buss is full, men will always get up and give up their seats for a lady. You don't have the sales people chaising you down the street like you do in other resorts. I am sure you will love Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. Everyone that comes here always wants to return.
