The home is equipped for basic housekeeping. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Beds have mattress pads, comforters, pillows, and blankets. You need to bring linens, towels, paper products, soaps staples, and personal items.
This home is rented to family groups only. Sororities, fraternities, or other non-family groups are not permitted. The leaseholder must be 25 years or older and is responsible for payments. Parking of motor homes or RV trailers is prohibited by the subdivision covenants. Rearranging or taking inside furniture outside is not allowed.

We just rented this home for our second month long visit. We were once again delighted by the home. It is immaculate and extremely well maintained. The kitchen is the best supplied one we have found in numerous rental homes we have stayed in. The decks have wonderful views and we really enjoyed eating in the screened in porch off the kitchen. It was an easy walk to the ocean and shopping. The owner was extremely accommodating and really made us feel welcome.

We rented this property for an extended family vacation. With 3 families staying here together, the separate bedrooms with private baths made the stay absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own private space and the living/dining/kitchen areas were spacious enough for all of us to sit and enjoy each other and different things (tv/puzzles/cooking/games) all at the same time. The property is immaculately clean/spotless with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The hot tub is great, the outside decks have wonderful views, the beach is just a short walk (under 5 minutes), the outside shower was great for rinsing off the sand and the location was perfect to either drive up to Nags Head/Kitty Hawk (less than 1 hour) or down to Hatteras/Ocracoke (less than 20 minutes). There are things to see/do in the area (surf lessons, shopping, ferry, lighthouse) and the beaches are not crowded. Would definately stay here again! Could not have asked for a better place to stay!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
