  What a lovely place to stay, so quiet and peaceful. The views are inspirational. Though small, there is plenty of room for what I needed to do there. Wonderful breezes into the casita, nicely decorated, roomy shower, soft & comfy bed. Great hostess. Plenty of space on the shared patio and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again.

  My husband and I were so very pleased with this property, which we were able to enjoy for almost a week. . Tricia, who is a warm and sincere owner, has thought of everything you could possibly need or want. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we had ever taken. We cooked out several times and enjoyed magnificent sunsets with incredible views. We enjoyed "cruiser biking" on The Strand in nearby Hermosa and Manhattan Beach, golf on the peninsula, and hiking and dining at the Trump property. But the very best part was "vegging" on the patio....We would definitely arrange to stay here again. We feel so fortunate to have had this wonderful escape in paradise. Thanks Tricia for making it possible !

  The views from the Casita were breathtaking! With access to the hot tub, grill and firepit, my husband and I were set! And not to mention the beautiful gardens! These pictures don't do it justice. The Casita is also in a wonderful neighborhood and a great place to exercise and walk the hills. I give this property an A+! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming including the owner Tricia! Thank you so much for allowing my husband and I to get away in your secret paradise! When we return to the West Coast, we will definitely be coming back to see you!

  My husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and it was INCREDIBLE! We stayed Friday through Sunday and spent 90% of the time out on the patio soaking up the view! It was very private and Tricia provides every ammenity you could ask for. The casita and surrounding property is beautiful with amazing attention to detail. I just can't say enough about this place. It was such a wonderful find!! I recommend it to every couple looking to get away!

  PERFECT!! I grew up in Palos Verdes and it was a great way to go back home. Breakfast every morning at Malaga Cove market, followed by a walk on the beach. Never went out to dinner because there wasn't a better place to be than on the patio at the casita. Couldn't miss Red Onion, so ordered take out and enjoyed it around the fire pit, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The view is spectacular, we could even see dolphins, along with paddleboarders and kayakers. We are booking another stay. Thank you Tricia!

  My husband and I just returned from our stay here and cant say enough about it. We made a last minute decision to head out to california to celebrate our first anniversary and to attend an event. From the moment we pulled up to the house we were blown away. The views and the area are magnificent, the place was perfect for the two of us. It had everything you could need from hair dryer to iron to Bose docking station to kitchen utensils/appliances and binoculars. The process to work with the owner was easy and we were given so much privacy. We will be back in the near future and highly recommend it to all. Thank you Tricia for sharing your amazing place with us! It is a place we will forever remember and look forward to returning.

  Wow, what a great place to get away from your cares and simply relax. The view was enough to keep us mesmerized as we sat in the tub or lounged in the comfy chairs on the deck. My husband and I had a quiet weekend and really enjoyed the privacy, the lush flowering garden, the sweeping views from the bed, from the living room, from the upper and the lower decks. The whole property is a terraced view perched with the birds on the cliff. thank you Tricia for the fresh pea pods and for your gracious invisibility as we enjoyed our solitude

  I took a solo trip here to celebrate what would have been my son's 26th birthday. Needless to say, it has been very difficult since losing him. The moment I began my drive up to the Casita, I could feel my heart lifting. And then when I walked onto the patio and beheld the view, my heart found peace. I cannot even begin to verbalize what this perfect place did for my soul. Thank you Tricia for sharing such a warm and beautiful place. May God bless you!
