Found in desirable Blue Quill Estates, this furnished South West townhouse style condominium offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice-sized galley kitchen with dining area, living room, a full basement, a large private landscaped and maintenance-free yard with a raised deck with a BBQ, A/C and two energized parking stalls immediately outside.

The efficiently designed galley style kitchen is bright and open. It is stocked with cookware, dishes and cutlery.

The spacious living room offers a wood burning fireplace with marble surround framed by two large windows and both screen and entry doors leading to the fully fenced backyard, complete with a raised deck. Along the hall is a large storage closet with bi-fold doors.

Welcoming you into the home entry along with a coat closet with mirrored sliding doors are decorative lighting, vaulted ceilings, and access to the conveniently located half bath.

Up the bright staircase with a skylight are three comfortably sized bedrooms with linen and air conditioning.

A bedroom can have home office possibilities. The master bedroom contains king size bed that can converted to 2 XL twin beds. The master bedroom contains a HDTV with local HD programming.

The newly renovated main bath has an enormous LED backlit mirror, in wall shelving, a mirrored medicine cabinet, a tub/hand shower with tiled surround and flooring. Use the 4 spray hand shower, shower head or both at one time for the ultimate showering and massage experience. Both bathrooms have towels.

The basement includes the laundry area and allowance for storage, play or an office.

The grass backyard with a deck and BBQ is enclosed.

We purchased this place for ourselves but chose to rent it out as our family composition changed. This place is cozy, easy to maintain and we love it. We want to provide an enjoyable environment for our guests.

There are many kids in the neighbourhood and there is lots of activity. Once inside you can enjoy peace and tranquility. And at Christmas time, we provide a tree. Yet you are not far from access points that take you far around Edmonton.
