We spent a very pleasent week in August 2005 and found everything to be exceptional. The accomadations, the view of the ocean and the sunsets couldn't have been better. Making all the arrangements with April was extreamly easy and she was most helpful with every concern I had. I would definitly like to stay at this location in the future.

This home is fabulous. Our family has stayed at many vacation homes worldwide and several in Kona and this rated as one of our favorites! It is well appointed - every detail thought of, providing all the things you need when you travel and want to have a place that feels like home - including linens, towels, laundry soaps, spices/condiments, beach toys, boogie boards, beach shoes, and more. It made for a stress reduced family vacation for sure!! The location is wonderful. Basically you sit on the deck and have the ocean roll in at your feet!! My kids absolutely LOVED the rockpools in front of the house - finding sea turtles, sea slugs, sea cucumbers, crabs, fish, eels, urchins, and shells. We watched pods of dolphins out in the ocean infront of us on several different occasions. We could sit on the deck, sipping wine, watching the sunset, while our kids played in the sand/pools infront of us. Arrhhh. The life in Kona. It's good for the soul.... Can't wait to go back next year. We've already booked it and hope to make it an annual destination! The DeRosier Family (Portland, Oregon).

Our week at the townhouse

Our family spent a week at this gorgeous townhouse that had two lanais where you could enjoy the ocean just 20 feet away. When booking something over the internet you never know what you might really get, but the townhouse was much more than we anticipated. It looked like a model home! It was spotlessly clean and had more ammenities than one would expect. Within a short walking distance (5 min. or less) is a cove where you can be in the water with the sea turtles. A short driving distance is a beach for snorkling, boogie boarding and playing in the waves. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the zipline adventure in Hawi which is safe for all ages. We also had fun at the Sea Horse farm and holding the sea horses. Renting the townhouse was very easy and I will do it again when I return to the Big Island of Hawaii.

What a beautiful condo - all the comforts of home and more! We truly enjoyed our stay here. The view off the lanai is lovely and the sunsets were gorgeous. The small cove to the right of the house (facing the ocean) had 2 resident sea turtles that visited daily. The beaches (about 11/2 miles down the road to the left as you face the beach) were great for snorkeling and boogey boarding. We did the Manta Ray snorkel and the Dolphin snorkel with Sunlight on Water - well worth your time and money. We also did the zipline tour in Hawi with BIEA - what a thrill! It was great coming "home" to the condo after a long day and sitting on the lanai(s), listening to the waves and talking and playing cards with the family. Mahalo to Geri and family for allowing us to spend time in their lovely home! Aloha!

The condo was everything we expected. It was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent and we found it very easy to get around. The views of the ocean and sunsets off the lanai were amazing. We were even treated to views of a humpback whale right off the deck. We enjoyed the snorkelling and beaches for boogie boarding, and found we liked Splashes for drinks and a good meal at a reasonable price. We would recommend this property to anyone, but if you have small children, keep in mind that you cannot use the beach on the property to swim or play in the water, but there are small beaches within walking distance. We had a fantastic vacation on the Kona coast!

Real nice townhome to stay at, very quite and great views of the ocean and tide, had a turtle stay all night right in front of the house. Sunsets were great off the balconies. The house had everything you need for your stay. Just bring your bathing suit. Stores for groceries and other things are close by. Trip to Hilo going both ways is real nice, slow in some spots. Went sight seeing and snorkling and scuba diving with the manta rays, what and experience. Would stay again, and the barbacues we had were excellent also.
