We stayed here for a weekend in April and our only regret was that we were not able to stay longer. This is a beautiful home that is located right on the water. The house is gorgeous, well maintained and everything inside looks brand new. It was easy to get to and had all the amenities needed for a rental property. It is in quiet location that is about 5 minutes from the main shopping/stores/beach of Rockport. We could easily get to the HEB (supermarket), Walmart or the various restaurants in just a few minutes. However, after a long day at the beach we preferred spending the evening at the house. With a beautiful sunset and the ability to fish/crab right from the dock it was the perfect place for our family. Renting the property was easy. Paula was extremely responsive and very helpful in answering our questions about the location. Since we decided to make the reservation at the last minute it was nice to have someone be so helpful. We would highly recommend this property and know you will not be disappointed. We look forward to having another opportunity to stay at this location on our next trip to Rockport!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved this place and have already booked again for next year. Can't beat the views from the balcony and from the huge windows inside. Great location for fishing off the dock. We searched a lot online for a really good place to stay in Rockport and were so pleased with this house. The house is beautiful inside and the location is great. We really enjoyed the water views from the balcony. My sons and husband fished every day and night and loved being able to fish from the dock. We went to the beach twice and loved eating at Moondogs and the boiling pot. We will definately be back here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is the perfect place to do it. I have stayed at both properties and can't get enough. The breath taking views and excellent fishing make you return every time. The homes are beautiful inside and out. Very tasteful decor and the master bath is almost as big as bedroom. I can't recommend these beautiful properties highly enough! Felt like Paradise ! My family and I love coming to Rockport to get away from the big city, (Houston). We have stayed in some of the other rentals that are offered and they have left a lot to be desired. This house is AWESOME! Very nice inside and out! If you step outside on the balcony, you could literally jump in the water if you wanted.. That is how close you are. Fishing is top notch - caught my limit on red fish the first day. The private fishing dock is great for the kids and adults too! Lights will come on at night in the water which will draw the fish. Just a very nice experience all around! Will definitely come back very soon! Thanks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
