We have stayed at this property probably 4 times now and have had an awesome experience every single time! The owners are super sweet and so easy to deal with. The condo has been perfect for as little as 4 people to as many as 9 (3 being kids). I have a 2 year old and was a little concerned about the condo being "child-proof" but it was completely fine! There was nothing that he could mess with or break and that was a huge relief. Its such a comfortable place to stay. Everything is nice and new and there was nothing lacking. Every time we go to Destin, we will work our trip around the availability of this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This was our first trip to the Destin / Ft. Walton Beach area, and we had a spectacular long weekend. The condo is spacious and well furnished. It is located on a narrow strip of land between the beach on one side and the harbor on the other, with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The weather was perfect, of course, and we spent some quality time on the white sandy beach and playing in the waves. The owner was easy to work with, and we had no difficulties or complaints whatever. We're already looking forward to our next visit.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Our family had a wonderful week while staying at the condo. Owner was helpful with suggesting where to eat as well as any questions we had. Condo was clean and was equiped with all kitchen and bathroom items. Four of us booked this condo for a 4 day weekend! It was fantastic! The owners are very pleasant, and accommodating! We felt at home the moment we walked in. This property is not a highrise. By many standards it is small. Very few units. The people living there are very friendly. We sat on the balcony at night and listened to the music coming from AJ'S, a popular hangout! We will go back! We have stayed in several VROB properties, and this one rates right up at the top. This condo is in a small building, with only about 30 other units... which translates to more space at the pool, room to spread out on the beach, no fighting for parking places, and no waiting on an elevator. Plus the owner is super helpful & friendly. One evening we pulled out the blender to whip up some frosty concoctions and noticed the blender wasn't working. I sent a text to the owner, and presto - the next day a brand new one was sitting on our doorstep! I wouldn't hesitate to return... just have to find the time!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here with our children and grandkid's, it was there first time to the ocean & we had a great time the grandkids really enjoyed the pool it was like having a pool at home it is very private. The condo is very clean & comfortable, everything you needed it was there. It was a nice surprise to have firework's in the pass 3 night's of our week stay. Enjoy watching the boat leave in the morning and returning in the evening we also seen dophins in the pass. The owner is very nice to work with. Would highly recommend this property to rent.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I recently stayed in this condo for a week. My family had a wonderful time. It was like being at home without all the headaches that come from being at home. The condo is very upscale with updated furniture and appliances. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool every day. We felt as if we were in paradise! I would highly recommend this location. The owners were great and very accommodating with all our needs! If you are looking for a great place to stay...this is it! From the start the owner was more than helpful! The condo was immaculate and very tastfully decorated. It felt like home! Our vacation was wonderful, one of the best vacations we've had. Everything about the condo fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, the view was incredible, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The accommodations were excellent: pool, weight room, and tennis court. The owners were very easy to deal with and quickly responded to our questions. Our family stayed for a month at this condo. We travel frequently and this without a doubt was the most convenient for our stay. The condo was remarkably clean and updated. The owners were very easy to contact for recommendations/suggestions which is always a nice benefit. We rented the boat slip as well which was directly across the street from the condo, a very short walk. We did not have any issues or complaints for the whole month. The pool is very clean and not overcrowded while the beach is directly on the gulf, yet another benefit. The view is outstanding to the harbor and very nice to sit out on the porch in the evening to listen to the music and watch all the boaters. We would highly recommend anyone staying as it is very roomy and again, convenient to all locations. We will definitely return and already started looking for additional dates in the upcoming months.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We just spent a full week at this condo and it was perfect! The location is beautiful with lots to do. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the balcony every day. It is a quiet location with quick access to busy beaches. We had plenty of room and everything we needed to prepare meals. The photos reflect just how beautiful this condo is. The beds were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner was friendly and answered every question and went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. We had seafood at Gilligan's and Landry's and both were outstanding. We took our grandbaby to the Gulfarium to see dolphins and she loved it. We also took the dolphin boat tour and it was the highlight of our trip. We were there over Memorial Day and enjoyed an air show and beautiful fireworks while sitting by the pool. We made some wonderful family memories and look forward to returning.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
