  Thank you Kevin for allowing us the opportunity to come down to Panama City at the last minute with our furry family member. We've been coming down for the last six years but this year financially we were not sure if we could make it. Kevin made it easy for us and came to meet us to receive the money for the townhouse. The townhouse was just as pictured, plenty of room for everyone in our party of six. We could have used a extra bathroom with 5 women but we made do. But wow, what a view! This was the first time that we have stayed directly on the water, it was right outside our door! It rained but there was a break in the weather that allowed us to walk out of our back door to the beach . It was great! We lived through a tornado warning on Christmas night( It was a little scary with the water hitting the backdoor!) but thank God it passed over! All in all, it was a great vacation. There were only a few mishaps like the microwave not working, the rooms were a bit dusty and no real closet space in the downstairs bedroom but no real big deal. Kevin answered the phone every time we had to call to ask a question. The kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Thanks again, Kevin!

  This townhome is beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable, and the location directly on the beach/water is absolutely the best you will find. It is so convenient and relaxing to be able to prepare morning coffee/tea and meals at our leisure, instead of on a hotel timeline. This also allowed us to spend more on shopping and local seafood dinners out! The washer/dryer is also a plus -- next time I won't need to pack so many clothes!! Previous reviews were spot on and we were extremely pleased with our entire experience from booking to post-checkout. Very nice people to work with!! I would highly recommend this townhome, and absolutely plan to be a repeat guest next year!

  we loved the townhouse. stayed a week. was right on beach and close to pier park.the owners were there the day we arrived. very nice people. kevin was also very nice and helpful with questions we had. place was lovely and would definitley stay again!!!

  We had a great week at Beachside Town Homes. We were 6 adults and one Old English Bulldog. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable leather couch (long enough for a person over 6 feet tall to stretch out on). Beautiful kitchen. Lots of towels. Comfortable beds. The beach is literally at the back door. The weather was perfect. Enjoyed the deck. Easy access to restaurants and grocery store. We are already planning next summer's stay! We highly recommend Saltwater Grill as best restaurant!

  I am from Florida and have stayed in many beachside condos, townhomes, and hotels and I can honestly say that this was the most Amazing! The townhome is beautiful and very spacious. The remodeled kitchen was more than I ever expected. And the tile floors are gorgeous! I loved the view from the living room and the master bedroom! The beach was absolutely beautiful! The deck was my favorite place. I loved sitting there watching the different beach activities during the day and relaxing in the evening watching the beautiful sunsets. Gaining beach access was as easy as walking down the steps to the deck. It was just that easy! I was able to sit on the deck while keeping a watchful eye on my teenagers tanning on the beach. The location of the townhome is another plus because it is so conveniently located to Pier Park and Highway 79. There are many restaurants and stores close by and Highway 79 can take you wherever you need to go. I will definitely stay here the next time we go to Panama City Beach!

  My husband and I just returned from our beach trip to PC Beach. We strayed away from our place we had rented the past 10 years in Inlet Beach because we wanted to bring our dog. So I started searching for a pet friendly place through VRBO and found this place. Even though it sleeps 12-14 and there was only the two of us, I really felt it was the place I wanted to rent. It was all we could hope for. Nice furnishings throughout, ample space, nicely furnished kitchen. Extra bedroom down off of the kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs were a good size, one room sleeping 8. The deck was huge, but was a shared deck with the one BR unit next door, both are owned by the same owner. Would have liked for the deck to be divided with steps for both but it was ok. The kitchen was furnished with all stainless steel appliances, loved the island also. Another huge plus was the large flat panel tv's throughout the house, not only in the living room but upstairs in the two bedrooms also, not to mention the free internet access, so people bring your laptops. This location is at the west end of PC Beach but right in the middle of it all. I highly recommend it. I know I will be keeping it in mind for next year.   This is, by far, the best vacation house we have ever rented in Florida. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Walk out the front door and you have all the shopping conveniences you need and step out onto the deck and you have the most beautiful beach in the USA. We have allready committed to coming back next year. Thanks Kevin.

  I would like to personally thank Kevin for all of the amenities that this rental offers. You will not find a better location in Panama City Beach for a relaxing vacation.   Kevin, My wife, Bullmastiff (Luke) and I thoroughly enjoyed our November 13-20 stay in your townhome. As many of the other reviews have stated, there was PLENTY of room to spread out and relax! The downstairs area with the newly remodeled kitchen and tile floors was absolutely beautiful!! As a sports fan, I was particularly impressed with the HD TV's in all the rooms!! My wife and I both liked the massive king bed in the master bedroom. Our dog quickly grew fond of snoozing in the sun each day in front of the large, sliding glass door which led out to the deck and the beach. He really seemed to enjoy himself. We were very appreciative that you allowed us to bring him along!! While the unit was very accomodating, the location was ideal as well. Although it was rather non-descript from the outside, the Italian restaurant directly across the street served mouth-watering pizzas and other dishes as well. Additionally, there is an oyster bar called "The Sandbar" just across Front Beach Road on Highway 79 which offered the very best price ($3.99/dozen) on raw oysters anywhere on the beach! Several other items on the menu, particularly the grouper sandwich, were excellent as well. Thank you again, Kevin, for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your townhome and for being so great to work with.   After a long year of dealing with elderly parents and relocating them into retirement communities this was a "little bit of heaven on earth" to be able to stay at this townhouse and relax. So close to everything: groceries, pharmacy, shopping, sightseeing, etc. Best part was the beach was just down off the deck. It was so soothing to fall asleep and wake each day to the sounds of the waves on the beach. The kitchen had everything needed for BBQing on the deck to making morning pancakes. Will definately plan on staying here again! Sooner rather than later.
