We rented this condo for 4 nights and had a great experience. The owners were very professional and responsive. And the staff that met us at the property were very timely and helpful. Overall, a GREAT location and a great value. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Thanks!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I wrote this for the review site, but did not want to register. The best thing about the condo was its proximity to the beach, 100ft., and to Ashford, a main avenue in Condado with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was clean and in good condition when we arrived. Ample room for two, but can sleep up to four. We rented it for an entire month at a very reasonable rate. We did, however, rent a car for a week and found the parking situation to be a nuisance. We had to either pay a hefty hourly meter from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. on weekdays, or park several blocks away in a residential area. But we had no complaints with the condo itself. All in all, the condo was a bargain and we were very happy with our experience. KrisDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Our stay was less pleasure and more business. We were two working journalist reporting a story for 10 days. The folks at Vida Urbana we responsive to all our questions and honestly answered all our concerns. We decided to go with 7 Calle Cervantes because of it's central, safe location. The place was clean, neat, and had all the things promised. There were kitchen appliances for cooking (perfect for saving a few bucks). There is high speed internet (honestly the connection was faster than my connection at home in New York) and a TV with cable. The building is on a quiet street with the beach just down the block. It's so close you can hear the waves from the bedroom if you open the windows. After long days of work, it was nice to be able to walk to the beach and relax. The only frustration was finding parking. There is no access to the building's parking lot and street parking is difficult to find. Also, if you do find street parking, you have to pay a meter, but there are no clear signs of when you need to feed the meter. The confusion cost us $30 in a parking ticket. The best suggestion (which was the suggestion of the owner) is to either not get a car or if you need the car try to organize a daily rate with the Marriot Hotel just a block down. They were very accommodating and gave us a rate of $18 a day. Aside from that everything else was cool. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a long term stay in Puerto Rico. It's the same rate as a hotel, but you shave a bit of money off the cost of food (eating out every day in Condado can be expensive).Owner response: Thank you for sharing your impressions with us and future tenants. We are glad you had a great time and hope to welcome you some time soon again.

We were very happy with our apartment. It was extremely spacious for two people. The location could not be beat. We were steps to the beach and right in the middle of Ashford Avenue where there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and casinos. There also was a grocery store a block away which was very convenient. Check in and Check out was very easy. We were even allowed to stay in the room til 5 because of a flight cancellation. Definitely recommend.Did you find this review helpful? Our 4-night stay in Old San Juan was the highlight of our Puerto Rico trip. The apartment is beautifully furnished and modern, conveniently located just a few blocks from restaurants and shops but in a quiet location. The large courtyard and classic stone entry hall are a nice bonus. Wanda was friendly and helpful at check-in, and was there early in the morning for us on the day we left. We have stayed at numerous VRBO-listed properties, and this one ranks at the top of our list for delivering what it promised.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 7/7
