  The location of this property was perfect for our stay. The owner of the property gave us such a warm welcome and sincere hospitality. We had gotten misdirected as we were driving to the property and she stayed on the phone with us and guided us to our destination. The unit is a studio that is very comfortable and perfect for two people. The upgraded kitchen area and bathroom are a plus. The owner of the property provided everything from linen, cooking/eating utensils to beach towels and boogie boards! This property is centrally located in a secure environment and provides convenient access to the beaches, restaurants, casinos, shopping malls, and nightlife! I truly enjoyed being able to wake up at whatever hour and go out for pizza at Pizza City or walk down to the Intercontinental or ESJ to enjoy the casinos. The location was also a short drive to Condado, San Juan, Hato Rey (Plaza Las Americas) and Fajardo if you would like to catch the ferry over to Culebra. This is the perfect location for the perfect vacation and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful culture found across the island.

  Wonderful studio. The owner's son was there to greet us and hand off keys. Place was clean upon arrival. Right on the strip in Isla Verde. Near the airport. Washer and dryer on the ground floor were very cheap. Was a pleasure not having to pay for parking either. Would definitely recommend. Would be nice if the internet was also wireless, but in a studio, it's not like you're going to be roaming around. Shower was a nice surprise!!! Many options with the shower jets.

  We Had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio. Everthing was as it was decribed, the studio was very clean and had everything we needed. Studio was located close to everything.The owner Jeanette was awaiting for us when we arrived and was always available by phone if we needed her. We would definitely say here again.

  We had a wonderful trip, our first time to Puerto Rico, we stayed at a vacation rental on Isla Verde Ave which was wonderful.The studio was exactly as discribed and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. We were happy that it was only one block away from the beach, there were even beach chairs we could use, and a cooler, we could open the sliding door and see the ocean, beautiful.The studio was equipped with everything we needed, the owner told us how to get there after we rented a car, which I would recommend you get to see so much that way.It was a good idea, and the gas prices unbelievable, under $1.00. The owner was just great told us places to visit ,good restaurants close to the studio to eat at and she had every tour book you could ever want. we enjoyed the food at Mi Casita we shopped at Pubelo food market for our breakfasts. We really enjoyed El Yunke rain forrest and El moro and the Bacardi tour was great and it was very easy taking the bus around and the ferry too. I would highly encourage everyone to visit Puerto Rico. My husband now wants to retire there! Weather faboulous in the 80"s and I here it does not get colder than in the 60"s my kind of weather!!! People were great too, very helpful. We will sure go again!

  Upon arrival, I was greeted like a family member. I was shown all the available ameniities and everything was as described. The studio was clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect. EVERYTHING, resturants, casinos, and beach, is within walking distance.The owner made sure that she would be available if any unplanned should occur. My trip went so smooth that I'm looking into booking another stay my next vacation. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is on business or pleasure.Just Relax & Enjoy....

  My boyfriend and I stayed at the Isla Verde apartment for almost two weeks. As first-timers on the island, we were greatly impressed. We could actually see the beach from the window. The Carolina location is very touristy and lively so we were very grateful to not be staying at a hotel. We got the best of both worlds with tourism at our feet and with Vida Urbana's more quiet accommodations. Although we never cooked, it was nice to have a refrigerator and a microwave as we did buy some groceries like milk, cereal, fruits, etc. The room was even stocked with extras like beach chairs and towels and some beach toys. The room is small but very comfortable. It was exactly what we wanted and looks just like the pictures posted up. Sometimes, you have that worry that the room will not actually look like the pictures posted up but the apartment was everything that we had hoped for. The owner was very kind and made us feel comfortable reaching her should we have any questions- even personal questions! She kindly gave us some restaurant suggestions and weekend tips. A huge plus was the parking lot as well! This area can get very crowded and it was such a relief to have gated private parking since we had rented a car. I highly recommend staying at one of the Vida Urbana locations. They are economic and feel so much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. We had a great experience and hope to return to Puerto Rico in the near future.
