Our recently built condo (completed Fall, 2001) is located in River Run Village within short walking distance to the Gondola which has recently been relocated right across the parking lot from our condo! It is just steps away from shopping, dining, the Children's Center, ticket sales, and equipment rental, yet situated "off the beaten path." The condominium sits on the East side of River Run, boasting a beautiful view of the Montezuma Mountains.
Decorated in custom mountain lodge decor, this amenity-filled condo is complete with a fitness room, sauna and showers, multi-media room with a large screen TV and DVD player, kid's play room, 2 year-round outdoor hot tubs, a swimming pool with water slide, heated walkways, a fire pit, barbecue area, and heated underground parking.
Our condo comfortably sleeps six with a queen-size master bed, queen sleeper sofa, and queen murphy bed. The Springs condo is designed for year round fun ranging from skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling to swimming, hiking, running, biking, sailing, golfing, and fishing. Keystone has it all!

Whats not to like about this unit! Value priced, spacious one bedroom condo with two full baths and three queen size beds, nicely heated outdoor pool with waterslide, hot tub, BBQ area, and indoor steamroom/fitness/billiards recreation center, 150 yards from two major ski lifts (gondola and express chair offering superb access to entire Keystone ski trail layout. Set admist attractive base village with shops and dining, less than 100 miles from Denver Int'l Airport. Convenient to numerous other major Colorado ski resorts within easy day trip or pull into the heated parking garage and don't touch your car for the rest of the visit. Thanks for a great base for our family Spring 2007 ski vacation!

The owners of this property were extremely helpful. They answered all of our questions regarding the property in a very timely manner. The condo was comfortable and cozy. The condo was close to the shops and restaurants of River Run, but was located in a much quieter area than the other complexes. We;ll be back next summer!

We stayed for three nights the first week of August and I brought my 2 kids and nephew. The condo is decorated beautifully and is immaculate. It accomodated the 5 of us great. The location is great, in the middle of river run village. Directly across the hall is the laundry room, and my kids loved the pool with a waterslide plus the firepit for roasting marshmallows. They also have a nice exercise room, a media room, and a kids playroo. We loved it and would stay again. They had a DVD player and 2 TVs. 813-391-5831

We just had a wonderful weekend in this condo. Its so close to everything, but just enough out of the way to be quiet. The pools were wonderful. A great place to take children. Plus the owner was wonderful to work with.
