The fantastic view of the ocean and beach greets you the moment you walk in the door. From your private lanai, you can soak in the natural splendor of Hawaii.
Making your stay even more pleasant, our top-to-bottom renovation was completed in 2008: all new living room, dining room, bedroom and lanai furniture, new elegant stone floors, new lighting, and full-sized washer and dryer. Plus a gorgeous, all-new kitchen and all new en-suite baths, featuring granite counters, high-end fixtures, stainless steel appliances, cherry wood cabinets. You'll vacation in comfort and luxury. If you are more inclined to sight-see, the Royal Mauian Resort provides an ideal launching point for day trips to such attractions as the historic whaling town of Lahaina, and the ancient fishing village of Hana. You may also choose to take an early morning drive to watch the sunrise from the top of the world - Haleakala Crater.
We ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit at booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
There is an additional 13.42% for Hawaii state taxes. Maximum 4 persons occupancy.

We enjoyed the condo very much. We have been travelling to Maui for Christmas for the past 10 years and by far these condos suit our familys the best. The process is easy and which makes it even better. Hopefully we will be travelling to Maui for the next 10 years to come and get to stay at our little piece of paradise!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a wonderful condo! Fabulous view and location. Lovely amenities especially the roof top area complete with gas bbq's and tables and chairs. Great spot to watch the sunset. Easy access to many restaurants and stores. We suggest the Kihei Cafe for a wonderful breakfast. Very clean, fully stocked with boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs and towels. Kitchen also stocked with everything you could need. Our two teenagers loved it as well. Owners wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend this property and will come again. We had the pleasure of using this wonderful condo this Spring,2011. The suite is immaculate with tile floors and beautiful bathrooms. Full walk-in Glass Showers, just a wonderful kitchen with everything you could possibly want. The Owners are easily contacted and very helpful. This is a very nice unit and you wont be disappointed. Condo complex has an excellent location in South Kihei, with several restaurants in walking distance and the beaches are just excellent especially for kids. On our next visit next year we will be staying with these fine folks again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
