  We had a fantastic vacation!!!!! Very easy to arrange and the owner was very helpfull and prompt with replies to our queries. Everything was as advertised and the photos don't do the place justice.We brought our 10 month old daughter and ther was even a playpen and high chair for her as well pool toys. The property was very clean upon arrival and the Property Manager was very informative. The surrounding area had plenty of activites with amenities right around the corner. Our family and friends really enjoyed horse back riding and touring the Superstitous Mountains. It was hard to leave the relaxing atmosphere of the patio and pool area and many times we opted for a outdoor BBQ instead of the busy restaurants. Our most memorable place to eat when we did go out was the Mining Camp Restaurant and Trading Post in the Superstious Mountains. Scottsdale was fun with a really awesome 50's style burger joint and amazing Mexican food. We Highly recommend this property and will be back again!!!!!!!

  The photos don't really do this house justice, the space facilities and location are truly exceptional. We stayed as 2 families and were pleased with the space it offered. The property is well maintained and very, very clean. The pool and hot tub were loved by all. Shops and restaurants water parks are near by. Access to the interstate is close and also close to the stunning mountain trails and lakes/river. Can't wait to rent this property again. Will be recommending it to all our friends and work colleagues. David the owner was helpful and attentive as was June the Property Manager. Thanks

  I have to begin by saying that this home was more than we expected. The rooms were well appointed, and the exterior was just a comparable. We were all arriving from separate locations throughout the US. But, this being the final stop, made it all worth it. There was plenty of space, as well as, things to do both inside and out. David and his team (Nancy & Brian, Brent, and David’s son) took care of any items that we may have needed help with -- all with professionalism and a smile. We will be back! Thanks again everyone, for helping to make our family getaway feel like HOME…

  The house was perfect. Pictures just don't convey how big and beautiful this house is. The furnishings are new and not at all worn, the beds are comfortable~ even the pull out couch in the pool room! The whole house stereo system was amazing. The views from the balconies were breath taking, especially at night with the twinkling lights of Phoenix. The pool area is well maintained and private. Lighting around the plants and trees at night give the feel of a private resort setting. I would certainly recommend this property. The owner answered all questions promptly and was very friendly. The house is close to many malls and grocery stores. Too much to do in the area to list! Thank you very much for providing such a great place to stay on our vacation. We'll be back!

  This property was top notch and exactly as shown in the pictures(minus the limousine). Everything was well maintained and there were so many activities to enjoy at the home that we spent most of our time there. There were 9 adults and the sleeping worked out great for us. The owner promptly responded to our requests and answered all of our questions so patiently. We enjoyed some nearby restaurants, a Diamondback game and for the first time did not golf. David - thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

  This is a wonderful home that is very well-maintained and furnished. Our large family group included ages from the 50s to a newborn and included college kids and married couples with youngsters. The house had something for everyone and we made lots of use of the pool, hot tub, putting green, full length basketball court, pool table, and game system. The area around the pool is fenced which prevents unwanted access of the area by small children. The mountain bikes were a nice touch as well and several of us took relaxing rides on the streets and trails nearby. The sunsets from the rooftop patios and decks are unparalleled and became a daily ritual for our group. The kitchen is well-stocked including some spices and staple items and non-perishable items left for use in the refrigerator which eliminates the need to buy everything and start from scratch. Grocery stores are located very nearby and access to the 202 Loop is extremely convenient. The owner was very attentive to any minor problems such as pool heat and worked immediately with the property manager to resolve the issues. There is really no reason to leave this resort style home, but getting to the sights in the Phoenix area is easy from this location. I would not have the slightest hesitation to book this home again. The photos on the listing really don't do this home justice. It's much nicer in person!

  This was our families spring break trip. Place was great. Slept 11 fine. The sleeper couch is only good for small children. The rest slept on very comfortable beds. We would rent this again if the occasion presented itself again.

  There was 8 of us who rented the place for an annual golf trip and the place could not have been better!! The house was spacious, spotless, and the kitchen living room was roomy enough too easily entertain us at night and the huge big screen with HD and full cable package allowed us too wind down our day watching football and hockey. The owner was promt and honest in answering any questions throughout the process of renting out the house. The location is literally minutes from grocery store and after golfing at various courses is steps from Lasendos Golf Course which is by far the nicest course we golfed. Would reccomend this property for anyone looking too have a 5star stay.
