From morning to evening, the corner lanai (screened in on two sides) offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch dolphins in the morning and amazing sunsets in the evening. Walk next door to the Pink Shell Resort for restaurants, bar, spa and watersport rentals. Save money by cooking in the kitchen and eating al fresco on the lanai or grill-out poolside. Time Square is a short walk away where you will find outdoor cafes, ice cream shops, beachfront bars and shopping.
Enjoy unlimited recent DVD rentals while you are a guest here. We also have a Bose Wave Radio/CD player and Wi-Fi. The guest room has TWO DOUBLE Beds! The master bedroom has a King sized bed with an ocean view and a separate entrance to the lanai. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is heavenly! The beach is sugary white and shell collectors will be able to find all sorts of shells. We have a washer and dryer in the unit and covered parking.
Nature lovers will love the proximity to Bowditch Point Park. Just a couple blocks away to hiking trails, bird watching, fishing, boating and a wildlife preserve.

I heard about this place from a relative who stays there frequently. It lived up to expectations and then some. The view is outstanding. We spent our evenings on the lanai watching the breathtaking sunsets. The location is perfect. Its a short walk to the Bowditch Point Park - beautiful trails! The shelling at the point is the best on the island. The trolly stop is right next door at the Pink Shell Hotel. Its a nice walk to Times Square. We loved the north end because the beaches are less crowded. The condo was clean and pretty and perfect for our needs. We are already trying to figure out when to go back there again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It is clean and the beds are super comfortable. It is right next door to the Pink Shell Resort (although you cannot use the pool). You can walk to the Pink Shell and have lunch or dinner or sit outside at the bar. The pool at this complex is small but very nice. There are grills by the pool if you like to grill out. You can rent beach chairs/ umbrella from the Pink Shell for $25 a day. The condo also provides some beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is well stocked. Bring your own salt and pepper. The only cons were we had to pick up and drop off the keys from Lahaina Accomodations which is on the other side of Ft Myers Beach. The traffic coming back to the condo is horrible!!!! We left early in the morning on our last day to drop off the keys and got stuck in traffic on our way off the island. It would be nice if they had the keys closer to the condo. The only other con is the electronics in this condo could be updated. There is no way to play music off of a iPod. I don't know many people who carry CD's and or an auxiliary cable while on vacation.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+.

About the owner: Hi! My name is Amy Schubert and my husband and I are from Chicago. We don't love the Chicago winters and like to get away for short trips to soak up the sun. We chose Fort Myers Beach because it is warmer than most Florida destinations, the beach is amazing and there are two major league baseball teams (Twins and Red Sox) that have spring training here. We chose Estero Island Beach Villas because it is one of the newest condos that is directly on the beach and its on the north side of the island. We also needed to be as close to the water as possible to be able to hear the ocean at night. We have three children, 18,16,and 14 and they love hanging out on the beach, parasailing, renting jet skis, and inside they enjoy Wi-Fi!
