Came here for a group of friends for the weekend and had a fantastic time visiting Sequoia National Park and hanging out by the lake. It's a nice place to get away from the city and to enjoy nature. The views were absolutely gorgeous and the houses were clean and nice. Would definitely recommend

Had a great weekend stay here in April 2013! The weather was gorgeous, and the giant sequoias were easily accessible nearby! The property itself is great - the accommodations are nice and the gas BBQs make it easy to cook out and relax. We also enjoyed some time by the lake, again grilling food and enjoying some bocce ball. Great place for a nature getaway! Get place for pets too -- dogs love to run around! Make sure to bring food with though -- local stores have sparse selection!

Very tranquil environment. The house was spacious with lots of natural sunlight, clean, and comfortable. Great for get togethers, reunions, families. It's conveniently located close to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.

We have had 4 beautiful days at Badger Creek. It is an amazing place - so quiet. We spent 2 days in the national park. Thoroughly recommend the Kings Canyon drive, Roaring River falls and Zumwalt meadow. We were mesmerized by the colours. Tunnel log was fun and we took lots of pictures of General Sherman Tree. I am sure they won't believe us at home.

Thank you for the hospitality. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation including beautiful scenery, wildlife, brilliant stars at night and access to the parks. The house was just what we needed just where we needed it.

We came over from Germany to visit our son and his family and they brought us to this beautiful place. We enjoyed the days here very much, the landscape is nice and the house is comfortable; all over interesting art. We take nice memories with us.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was big enough to accommodate all five of us and the facilities were excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge etc. There was also a washing machine and dryer, which we really needed. The swamp cooler kept the house lovely and cool for us during the hot days. This would be a perfect location for a family reunion. We were 45 mins away from Sequoia National Park, and really enjoyed our scenic drives in the area. This is a place to get away from it all!

Thank you! Had a great time. The trees are truly awesome. Make sure you go to Cedar Grove via route 180. One of the most beautiful drives you could ask for - Grizzly Falls was very pretty. Comfortable stay, liked the open floor plan.

Staying at this cabin was like a dream. Everything was very comfortable, peaceful, and most importantly, the view was spectacular! It felt like I was in Winter Wonderland, waking up in the morning with snow piled everywhere. I enjoyed cooking meals and eating here - delicious homey meals. I would hope to visit here again in the fall! Thanks for this wonderful experience!! P.S. Loved the drive up Dry Creek Rd!

A wonderful house for our family's Thanksgiving - 3 generations, plus a dog! Cozy place to eat & play games - great hikes & adventures so close. We did not expect snow, but we had packed a sled & some warm clothes - so we had 2 great snow play days in the park! The layout of the kitchen-dining room allowed us to make wonderful meals. The area is so beautiful. We thank you so much for making it available to us. Best wishes -

The month of October 2010: Kerry and I came here with our dog and cat (our cat's first trip) to make our winter shorter... The weather has been amazing - 80's, 90's, & some 70's with almost all SUN. Badger Creek feels like paradise. Did not think I could live without cellphone, TV, hairryer, iron, computer. It has been EASY. My husband and I actually take time to talk to each other here. Really enjoy the people around here. Bob was very helpful and nice. Had fun at the Seven Circles Retreat pizza party. Homemade good pizza made by Laura. Went to Pinehurst Lodge (5 miles) to get newspaper each day. One day went to see Kings Canyon and General Grant Tree. Kings Canyon is as awesome as the Grand Canyon. The deepest valleys and tallest mountains I've ever seen (and have seen a lot in Washington and Colorado and Arizona). Seeing the Sequoia's, you could hardly talk they were inspiring. Also, my FAVORITE thing we did was climb Morro Rock. Scary, wobbly legs, steep, amazing views... We also walked down to see the General Sherman Tree. It's hard to get a good picture of the tall trees. The sequoia's stand out from all the other trees. WIDE and a different reddish color. Best to go to General Sherman Tree and Morro Rock of Highway 198. Long ride through Kings Canyon side. I am not ready to leave here!

Enjoyed the open home & prairie-like feel of the surrounding pastures/ranches. Great point for access to the parks! Loved this trip "out west" and so did the children! Would love to spend a longer length of time here. Mahalia & Marleen make this feel like a community of close neighbors :) So much fun!

We came all the way from ISRAEL to stay here and see the national parks. We had a great time. The kids loved the videos (and we slept late) and we enjoyed the deck, the view, and everything was comfortable. May you have many more happy guests at Badger Creek!
