Beautiful cabin on the river. This cabin is open and spacious with 4600 sq. feet under air there is more than enough room for everyone to have fun. There is plenty of parking and plenty of yard for the kids to run around in.
You can take a stroll along the river or grab a tube and float it. Fish for trout, smallmouth, redeye or other fish right out your back door or just sit back and enjoy. There is also a fire pit and picnic table down by the river so you might want to bring lunch.

This makes my 4th visit to this cabin. I have traveled with a group of 25 and with as few as 4 and EVERY time this place gets better.. You cannot ask for better accomodations and location. I have rented from other companies for years and have never had such excellent customer service. Randi and Rick are like part of my new family and they have that hometown hospitality. The river was great for wading or tubing and the firepit was wonderful at night to make s'mores!! I cannot wait to go back here soon and am planning my return for an entire week next year. I am telling you if you are reading this review and are wondering should you rent here or keep looking, well STOP looking and call Randi and book now.. She always hooks you up with discounted tickets to Dollywood or dinner shows..They really go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome.. CALL TODAY!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We were thrilled with the cabin and the nice man across the street who helped us out with the tubing and got our TV and internet working after the storms. The cabin was spacious enough for our group of 18. There are actually 4 bedrooms plus a loft. The loft could use a curtained area to provide privacy while trying to change clothes. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs floors were very creaky in the middle of the night. The outside of the cabin (windows) could use a good power washing. Carpets could use a good cleaning and the pool table has seen better days although it was a great hit with the men in the group. Tubing was fun and we appreciated the tubes being supplied. Note: Bring life jackets for the little ones. We ate at the cabin most every night. The cooktop had 2 burners that did not work and was missing a knob. The air conditioner worked great and kept us all very cool. There seemed to be a big ant problem both inside and out. The owner was very gracious and helped us get tickets to Dollywood. They also kept us informed of the storms moving through the area. We also enjoyed a day at Cades Cove and our favorite little donut shop in Gatlinburg called The Donut Friar. Everyone has their favorite pancake house and ours happens to be the Log Cabin Pancake house in Gatlinburg. We would enjoy staying here again and again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My family has never all went on vacation together so we knew this was may have been a disaster but it was absolutely the best experience we ever had. The Cabin was so big and spacious we all were comfortable and never bored a second. A total of 16 of us all ages and everyone loved it. Every picture was just as it seemed plus more. We all enjoyed the game rooms especially the kids and even all of us dining together was so memorable. The Cabin was outside the busy city of Pigeon Forge but it seemed only minutes from anything we wanted to do. We stayed for a week and we got to go to Dollywood and her Dixie Stampede Dinner and a Show nobody should never miss that. We also went to the LumberJack Feud which was a blast. We also went to all the attractions in Gatlinburg which were great. Old Mill Restaraunt is always my favorite but cooking together in the Cabin was the best meals we had. The kitchen had everything we needed to handle our big group. The Owners were close by and were so nice and kind they made sure we never needed anything. The lake in front of the cabin was beautiful and our kids just loved floating down in the tubes. We could of never left the cabin and would of constantly had something fun to do. I plan to go back maybe 2 more times this year and at least once each season next year. It was definately the nicest Cabin I ever stayed in and I have been going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for years and years. I do plan to have an all girls getaway vacation there as well, sorry guys lolOwner response: We are so glad you all had a good time. Most of all we are glad you could be toghter as a family! That is always the most wonderful memories for the kids as well. Please come back and see us! :) Some of our close friends have come to us from renting out cabin out. We don't get to meet them all, but we do try to take pride in our little place. Thank you for the wonderful review!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in a great location and was very clean. We could get everywhere with no traffic headaches. The grandkids loved the open space and game tables. The area over by the river is wonderful. We didn't make use of the fire rings (just a little too warm) but think they would be great in cooler weather. We were lucky enough that the river was low enough that our five grandkids could play in it. The older kids went up river and tubed down. The whole set up was great. Talking about another family va-ca next year. Not sure where yet, but if it is the Smokies we will be staying here again. The owners were great to work with and I always received a prompt reply to any questions. If you want a very relaxed, layed back va-ca away from it all this is the place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Truly Beautiful and #2 on my list of best places to stay in Sevierville! The only thing that kept it from being #1 is (like so many others in the area) the lack of upkeep. A little elbow grease and thoughtful planning could take this home from standard to luxury. My recommendation to the owners?... Take a vacation! Invite your family & all stay in your wonderful home. Spend a night in each squeaky, bed. Shower in every bathroom. Walk around in white socks. Things like no towel racks left us scratching our heads as to where to hang wet towels & bathing suits. 5 washcloths for 11 people had us doing laundry daily. We actually went to Wal-Mart and bought WD-40 to try and quiet the squeaky doors. If you have a big group and are a light sleeper bring the Ambien! With the “5th” bedroom being an open loft, sounds from every floor carry up to it. Other things we were not expecting to need were: toilet paper, paper towels, ant & roach spray, wasp spray, night lights, laundry detergent, trash bags, & light bulbs. We do plan on coming back in the fall and REALLY hope we won’t need to purchase these things again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/2

There are 14 in our family and this cabin has everything anyone could ask for. I'm the Nanny and enjoying cooking for all the kids on this Christmas vacation. The kitchen has all you need to prepare large meals. I loved the view from the kitchen window, and the view as you come down the stairs of the river. You have the mountains and river at your finger tips without the traffic. The owners are so nice to work with. When we arrived at night to have the Christmas tree on and the outside lights was like saying"Welcome Home! The pictures on the internet really does not show how beautiful this cabin is. The kids loved the movie room and the men loved the pool table and all was happy. What a blessing to find this Cabin. We will never look again for a place to land at Christmas, we have found the perfect place. AND IT IS VERY CLEANRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This cabin is great. There were 12 of us in our family, and we had plenty of room for all. My children especially loved the game room and hot tub. They also loved the big yard and the river nearby. We made a fire on one the nights, to roast smores. The childrens ages are 11months, 3, 5, 7 and 9. One thing I especially liked about the cabin was the safety gates at the entrances to the stairs. What a wonderful feature for small children!! The kitchen was so nice and well stocked. The setting is peaceful and quiet with easy access. This is definately a cabin we would like to rent again. The owners were great to accomodate our needs as well. Thankyou!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We brought ten of us (6 Adults - 4 Kids) and had more than enough room. Easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Spent the days at Nascar Speedpark, Ober Mountain, Ripley's Aquarium and Wonderworks. (So much more to do that we are planning on coming back) In the evening, we came back to cook in a great custom kitchen that made cooking for a large group easy. Huge Back porch over looking backyard and Stream across the road. Great mountain veiws surrounding cabin. Awesome "play room" down stairs for both adults and kids. Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey and a an 80's themed stand up Arcade game that has many games from my childhood. Adults and kids alike stood in line to play. Cinema room is comfortable and fun where we watched movies and Football. French doors walk out to Hot Tub and huge grass back yard where we played football and horseshoes. Saturday night lit a fire in the firepit and made smores under the stars. My four year old loved it and is already talking about wanting to go back. I contacted the owners this morning to inquire about dates in a couple of months. This is a great, relaxing home that has all the amenities you are looking for your family and friends and will provide a great escape from the hustle of spending time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We are looking forward to coming back shortly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
