  Dear Steve and Claire: This is long overdue, however my family and I just want to thank you for allowing us the use of your wonderful condo several weekends ago.The weather was beautiful and the views from the balcony stunning, actually saw a fox going through the marsh. We did discover how loud OC can be during Bike Week, all in all we had a great time and look forward to future stays.

  I needed a place to have a group of my best friends to celebrate a responsible bachelor party. The second we walked in we couldn’t believe how nice the condo was. The online pictures do a wonderful job of showing what its like but the reality of it was beyond expectations. Sleeping arrangements were not even an issue for 10 guys. (Plenty of room.) Being very busy and trying to plan everything the owners of the condo were always just a phone call or email away and responded in a very timely manner. I could not have asked for more. The view of the bay was amazing. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to go to Ocean City Maryland and have an amazing place to stay. All around 5 stars, but a 10 in my eyes. I cannot wait to return.

  Had a wonderful time at the Coral Seas Condo, had family from age 1 to 67. And everyone had a great time. The location was great didn't have to drive to far to get to anything! But it wasn't noisy either, the Bay was beautiful at sunset! I would recommend this Condo to any family.They provide almost everything, you only have to bring a few things, and it's very sucure. So get ahold of Claire and Steve and make your reservations. They are really nice people also! Thats a plus!

  My stay at coral seas was absolutely amazing. The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. There was plenty of space and the master bathroom was awesome. I can't wait till my next ocean city trip and staying at this condo!

  Needed a large, convenient place to stay that would accomodate my family for daughters graduation. We found exactly what we needed at Coral Seas. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The living space was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equiped. The condo is kept in excellent condition. The bayside view from the large balcony was spectacular! It was a busy weekend in Ocean City but the condo provided privacy and a quite retreat. We wanted convenience and we certainly got that, easy walk to everything. We all had a great time and look forward to going again!

  Coral Seas was the perfect rental for a girls getaway weekend. The location is perfect- close to many OCMD attractions, yet quietly tucked away on the bay. The views from the condo were gorgeous, especially at sunset. The unit itself is very spacious; we fit 11 comfortably. The decor and amenities were fabulous as well- fully stocked kitchen, flat screen TVs in each room, washer and dryer in the unit. For the price, I thought this was an incredible find. Steve and Claire were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Coral Seas. We hope to come back soon!

  The condo is excellent and the people who manage it are A+++. My sisters and I decided on a last minute (as in hours before jumping into the car) getaway with my toddlers in tow. This is just what we needed, open space, beautifully decorated - not tacky beachy, but modern waterfront retreat with cool white floor tiles, minty sage walls, just a fresh breath of air throughout the unit. There is plenty of room for 2 or 3 families. The condo is well equipped (bring your own sheets and towels), the kitchen has all the things you need to make awesome meals to be enjoyed on the large dining table. The furniture is comfortable and looks great. We. Loved. It. So much so that I'm looking at their other properties right now for my next getaway... I suspect I will just return to this condo. Really, the pictures do not do it enough justice. Nice to know - there's a shopping complex about 10 blocks away with a food lion, cvs, all the little stores to save you money if you want to make your own meals. You can walk across from the condo to the beach, or just lounge by the rooftop pool. We went during a cold weekend and stayed in and had a fab time. So that's a true testament to the comfort of the condo. Awesome place.

  This was my groups second year at Steve & Claire's wonderful condo. The new guests and couple that stopped in for a visit all exclaimed how this was the nicest beach house they had been to. And we all agree, it is well maintained and updated to have modern touches. The layout is very spacious and comfortably holds our big group of 10. I have recommended this unit to others as well for future trips. Kristine

  My family and I just got back from vacation at Ocean City, and everyone had a great time. Claire & Steve's condo made it so much more. Their condo is everything they say it is. It was absolutely beautiful! Especially the breathtaking views of the bay! My 2 year old loved hanging out on the deck and watching the wildlife. I would highly recommend this condo. The children ranged from 17 all the way down to 2 years and they all send you both a great big thank you!

  This condo is amazing the pictures don't even describe how great it is. The location is also great too. Me and my friends where looking for a great place to get away and we are glad we pick this place the roof top pool is great with an awesome view. If i go again i will definitely look at this place first. Thanks steve and claire
