  We LOVED this place. First, it was so clean and the tv's in every room and DVD players were a bonus. Second, it was such a short walk to the quaint beach on the sound--we had so much fun collecting and searching for sea shells and shark's teeth! And closeby to the Crazy Crab, where the kids had fun racing hermit crabs! We'll definitely be back soon!!

  We really enjoyed this condo for several reasons. The condo itself was very comfortable, spacious, clean and well appointed. Unlike most of the homes/condos I've rented on HHI it was well equiped with cleaning supplies, paper towels, pots, pans, spices, great coffee machine..... Master bed and sheets were super comfortable and there are lots of oversized, soft bath and beach towels! The three large TVs were perfect. And we loved the screened in porch to sit and read in the early evening. Other places often feel very sterile with annoying notes written all over the home. This felt like our own home. Even the kids room had a few toys, stuffed animals and games for the kids to play. Our girls enjoyed the three pools on site and we really loved the beach. It is unique to most beaches with lots of wildlife all around. We took lots of pictures of all the heron. This area does not have big waves. It is a quiet, uncrowded small beach. The owners are so sweet and easy to work with and you cannot beat the price for the value! We will most definitely come back!

  our stay was great! All of the furnishings were very nice, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and hated to leave. Thanks for the rental.

  My husband and I spent 3 very relaxing days at this condo. It is truly immaculate! I was pleased to find the condo well-stocked with paper products, soap powder, soap, etc. The deck overlooks the tennis courts. You can not see the water from the condo, as the condo is at the front of the property, right by the entrance gate, and at the opposite end from the beach/water. This condo is a good 3-5 minute walk to the beach/water. I would not plan to visit this condo if I was there just to go to the beach, as we prefer the ocean. We were there right after Christmas, and the complex was very quiet, and we loved the quiet, peaceful time. I do compliment the owner on the condo itself. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had plenty of extra comforts. I was pleased to see all the household goods (paper towels, tp, soap, detergent, etc) that I usually bring to rentals were already provided. Having a washer and dryer was nice for all our beach towels and swim suits. The layout of the condo was really nice for our family. We had the master bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pools were nice and the kids thought the indoor pool was really fun too. The also liked the video games in the condo. We enjoyed hanging out nearby at Folly Field Beach and playing mini gold at Adventure Cove.

  The condo is absolutely pristine, and very comfortable in every respect. The owners were very helpful and friendly and gave advice in regards to activities and places to see. I would highly recommend this unit, and as a matter of fact we've already booked again for next year. Happy travels to all and a special thankyou to the owners.

  We rented this apartment Thanksgiving week, 2010. The facility is fresh and clean, beds are good and there are lots of towels. The kitchen is complete with all the tools that you will need.... We left the facility in good condition and the owner refunded my deposit in two days.... It is highly recommended. This entire complex is not for pet owners.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  We stayed the week of 8/28/10 and the place is extremely well kept and the owners have everything (&more) there ready for you. The condo was very clean and organized and it was a great place to come back to after a hot day at the beach and relax. The condo area was very quiet the week we stayed and we basically had the beach and pools to ourselves; there were just a few other people here and there. The owners were very accomodating and exceptionally nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and hopefully we will be back very soon.

  My family and I spent the 4th of July week at this property, it was GREAT! The owners are very easy to deal with, very prompt and friendly. The property is beautiful, pics don't do justice, it truly is beautiful. It was very mich like home, very comfortable and furnished with all your needs.
