  This was a 10 star unit. It was immaculate, comfortable, fully equipped (the kitchen with views is divine) and quiet. We like to cook and it was easy with even a dishwasher. We appreciated the washing machine/dryer and other appliances - everything was in pristine working condition. The rooms are spacious, well light and with individual air conditioners, to maximize cooling along with room fans and blinds. The beach is a few steps away and great place to watch the sunset, relax, walk, nap and read after a day of diving. The booking was easy and we appreciated Patsy's quick responses to our questions. We loved the door lock - a simple combination with no key to worry about. We will definitely be back. The comfort and beauty accelerated our unwinding and we hated to leave.

  I have stayed at RR on 4 occasions. This was the first time in this condo and I enjoyed it greatly. The condo is lovely. The furnishings and decor are great. Looking at the stars from the rooftop was amazing. The unit is as described and the pictures are accurate. We would recommend the unit and would choose to stay here again.

  Our family of four (kids are 7 & 11) just returned from a wonderful week in Cozumel. This condo is even better than described. We've had many good experiences booking through VRBO but we've never encountered an owner who is so very attentive to every detail of the guests' overall experience. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equiped with everything you could possibly need; it feels more like a permanent home than a rental property. Veronica and her sister Reyna are wonderful and kept the condo spotless; they even cooked a delicious traditional Mexican meal for us one night. The staff at Residencias Reef is super nice and always greeted us with a smile. They keep the property spotless and beautiful. Patsy keeps a binder filled with general island information, tips, activities and tons of restaurant recommendations in the condo, which was so helpful. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Cozumel.

  The three of us stayed for a week in this amazingly beautiful, thoughtfully appointed, and magical unit. We had a perfect vacation there: tropical drinks on the terraces, meals to die for (thank you, Veronica!), massages on the rooftop solarium at sunset, friendly assistance and guidance from all (special thanks to Luis and Patty), and the best of all possible gifts: peace and serenity! Our days started lazily enjoying the comfy ambiance of this home away from home; we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts before meandering down to the lounges on the beach. We loved passing by iguanas and tropical riparian lands along the way, and nothing about this vacation was less than delightful! We thank you for the chance to experience a side of life we'd only dreamed of! Muchicisima gracias!

  My family had a fabulous time in Cozumel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Residencias Reef. The condo worked perfectly and had everything we needed including the great pools and the beautiful beach. We spent everyday of our stay snorkling from the beach in front of the condo and saw so many different critters, it was great! Everything was fantastic including our communication with Patsy and all her helpful information. We hope we can someday revisit the island and stay again in one of your lovely condos.
