I stayed at the Cape house for a week with my Mother and young daughter. It is such a lovely place to melt all of your stresses away. The house is centrally located to the beach, shopping, and activities. The home is exactly what it looks like in the pictures provided. It is very very clean and well stocked with every item that you can think of to enjoy your vacation from beach toys to kitchen spices. The decorations are very charming and the beds are very comfortable. It is the kind of place you can just relax all day at. Enjoy your stayRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had the pleasure of staying in this house during the first summer that the kind and thoughtful owners rented it. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and charming. The town of Osterville is adorable and is a short bike ride away. The Krameks have thought of everything--beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, etc--to make this a great vacation home. It is conveniently located to both the north side and the south side of the cape, and the resident beach passes are like gold! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to return again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a great time we had at this clean, fresh and classy Cape house located in Osterville. Plenty of room for our family. Something for everyone. Enjoyed going to the beach in the morning and then shopping in the afternoon. Close to everything, not to mention the fish market right around the corner but yet very quiet and peaceful. Have definitely found a great get-a-way and would recommend to family, friends and co-workers....Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Believe it or not, the photos do not do the place justice! Exceptionally clean, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and that "beachy" feel. Spacious inside, with comfortable beds. The backyard (specifically the hammock) was a perfect place to catch that quick afternoon nap before venturing out into the beautiful locale. Conveniently located near 28, but still less than 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches the Cape has to offer. I cannot wait to go back for my week in August!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We loved this place, highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Cape, will return year after year to rent it! Perfect location with easy access to Cape activities, yet still a peaceful setting. Super clean, crisp, light and airy, and beautiful maple floors. Color theme of blues and whites, with tasteful seaside accents throughout, made us feel welcomed and instantly comfy. Backyard deck was perfect to sip our morning coffee and read the paper, while the kids played in the yard. The sleeper sofa in the living room was really comfy, we slept like babies, everyone else was really happy with their new comfy beds. Osterville is an adorable town and just a couple of minutes away, where we had a great dinner at Five Bays Bistro! Love the Cape!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: 2009 was the first time we rented a house for our vacation. After having a great week-long vacation at the Cape, we decided to buy something we could both enjoy and share with family and friends. This is our first vacation rental property and we've tried to make it a getaway that will leave great memories for us all. We put a lot of love into this home and hope you feel it's warmth and comfort. We know there are lots of rentals to consider. It's important to us that your expectations are met or exceeded. Since we started, we've only had great reviews and we intend to keep it that way. When you visit, take a few minutes to write about your experience at the Cape House and read about the experiences of others.
Why the Owner Chose Osterville:
After searching for several months for the ideal vacation getaway, we chose the Cape House because it was in a quiet neighborhood where we could totally relax and still be close to many of the Cape's activities. We know the importance of having a clean, quiet, and comfortable place during vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The Cape House gives our family a little break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We like a morning trip to the beach and the village feeling you enjoy when talking to folks in the neighborhood. We always feel a little more alive when we come here and day-to-day worries seem so unimportant.
