With stylish decor throughout, a gorgeous upscale kitchen, cable TV in every bedroom suite, and interior access to all four bedrooms (two bedrooms per level), there are few other villas that can compare for the value. The Unique Benefits at this VillaSt. John is a small island, (28 miles in perimeter), with a beauty all of it's own. Our property is ideally located to enjoy the whole island easily. Or you can simply stay at the villa. Beautiful vistas of the Caribbean Ocean are seen from every room in the house. We have one of the largest swimming pools on the island, and you can climb down our steps to get in the ocean. (Be careful, wear swim shoes to avoid the sea urchins- big ouch.)
Best way to spend the first day at the beach- since you'll be tired from the travel day. It's relaxing, and you can enjoy an array of watersports

We, (Kurt, Suzanne, 13-year old Kory, and 7-year old Alek) hail from the suburbs of Philadelphia. We own D4 Creative, an advertising agency (that Suzanne founded in 1990), and try to spend at least one month a year in our paradise villa. Suzanne spent many months completely renovating the villa, and you'll relish living in a home that combines elegance with comfort. Kurt, by the way, was a record producer in a previous life, and is now the chief creative officer and president of the agency. Kory is already writing his own songs, loves to snowboard and surf. Alek is a charming, funny, and rough and tumble kid, loves to play anything. We invite everyone to share this incredible place with us. St. John is simply magical!

This was our fifth trip to St. John and our fifth different villa.Villa Rendezvous is, by far, our favorite villa we have ever rented! We traveled with both children and seniors, and the house was perfect for everyone. The villa is exactly as pictured on the website. The spacious kitchen/living/dining area opens to the great pool and the gorgeous view of Klein Bay. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, each with their own bathroom. The villa had everything you could possibly need from kitchen supplies to dining china to beach chairs and towels. It was easy to see that the owners have given significant thought and attention to all of the little details that make a rental feel like a home. If you are looking for a St. John villa that can easily accommodate a large or small group, young or old in a breath-taking location, Villa Rendezvous is the perfect home away from home!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We traveled from California and New York to stay at Villa Rendezvous for a week. The home was amazing beyond expectations! The view from the pool deck is incredible! In fact, every room in the house has a great view. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and gadgets. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming and just relaxing. Many of the days we didn't even leave the house - just spent the day in the pool and on the pool deck. The management company is very helpful and reliable. The location of the home is great - not far from Cruz Bay and restaurant and shops but far enough for peace and quiet. We would LOVE to go back!

What a view! All we can say is...WOW!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at Villa Rendezvous.There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and could accommodate quite a few people. Since it was just my husband and myself, we only needed 1 BR with an attached bathroom that even had an ocean view from the shower!! The kitchen was just remodeled and has stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and beautiful kitchen cabinets. The deck and pool area is huge and affords beautiful sunset views behind the nearby mountain. There are even steps down to the water. This is a very upscale area on the island with multi million dollar villas. And the best amenity of all is full AC, even in the Great Room area. The Management Company was very responsive to a few minor problems we encountered. You will need a rental car.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
