Just wanted to say thank you. I was really nervous about booking here because it was not beach front and the fact it was off the beaten path. And I was wrong. Before I forget our crew included me, the wife, our two small kids and the IN-LAWS. The location is GREAT. The best places to eat are down the road and easy to get to. The shopping is close by as well (Wal-Mart is just down the road too). No traffic to fight, no trying to find a parking space (there are two or three dedicated spaces for you directly in front of your condo), and no parking fees was nice too. The condos are perfect. We stayed almost a week and had all we needed plus some. They are nicely decorated and feel like home. The kitchen has all you need too; I cooked a few meals and had everything I needed. The place was clean, the rooms are big, the beds were comfortable, the living room was nice and the back porch had a grill and chairs. The property was mowed while we were there. The pool was the perfect size for the kiddos. The pond has some nice bass and sunfish (father-n-law caught quite a few). The club house could use a few more kid friendly items maybe (video games, pool table, etc.) NOW the main part…. The owner of this property is GREAT. She understands the true mix of business, real-state and vacation. We spoke several times prior to me booking; she called me on the weekend and after hours. Stepennee who we booked with worked hard for us, great communicator too. The managers of the property here is the difference makers though… they dangum care! We had a couple of small issues as anywhere; and they handled it quickly and most importantly seamlessly. They are great people and care about the Owners’ property and our stay. I am re-booking today 6-30-2012 for the first week in August 2012, can’t wait to get there too! We stayed in 4300 A. 4 sisters and 2 dogs. We had a wonderful time for Spring Break. Off the beaten path and quiet. The place was very clean and like NEW!!! They are duplexes but we never heard the people (3 little kids) next door. We had a hard time getting the key out of the lock box but Jane and John (managers) were right there to rescue us. Very friendly people and enjoyed talking to them. Available 24/7 Also gave us good information on where to eat out. We however did alot of cooking for the week in the nicely appointed kitchen. WiFi was wonderful. Pool was clean and quiet. Price was RIGHT!!! Drove a couple of miles to the free beach parking and picnic area at the bridge heading towards Pensacola. Great place to walk the beach. I will tell many of my friends about this experience. We will be using VRBO website in the future to find our next place to stay. The description was accurate in describing location and amenities. It was in a nicely located off-beach location and decorated nicely. It is just down the road from the Warf and close to public beach accesses. It is near a Dog Park and marina for a great Dolphin Cruise. The owner was very helpful. We would stay again!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

With our 'off the beach' condo we now have the ability to enjoy more of what the local area has to offer. This allows us to effortlessly enjoy it all without having to spend large sums of money to occupy a more expensive condo on the Gulf. The Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Perdido areas feature lots of public beach managed for the benefit of those who want to enjoy nature at its best for free! We are only a short distance, about 2 miles, from the beach. The Wharf is considered by many to be the hottest and most exciting, multi purposed development in the area offering shopping, spas, dining, etc. And the 10,000 seat amphi theater brings many concert opportunities. All this within walking distance of our condo. We also have access to a stocked fishing lake, swimming pool and club house at Twin Lakes.
