Aloha. Our Denver home is located in Englewood at exit 196 at I-25 and Dry Creek. We have a professional home for adults in the Inverness Business Park. This is south of DTC and one block away from Denver’s Light Rail. You can use the Light Rail that will take you in 18 minutes to the front door of Denver’s Convention Center, the Pepsi Center for concerts and the Nuggets, Invesco Field for the Denver Outlaws and Broncos, and Coors Field for the Rockies! The Shops of Vallagio offer three bistro's, a wine shop, a day spa, cleaners, dentist, etc. less than 70 yards toward the light rail.
Our home is well appointed with beautiful furnishings, three bedrooms with a private bath in each, and a lovely kitchen with an open area to the dining and living room. There are flat screen TV’s in two of the bedrooms with a large Vizio in the living room. We have a surround sound system in the living area with seating for six in the dining room. Our patio off the dining room has a Weber gas grill and seating for two. The grounds of Vallagio are quite beautiful in the spring and summer months.
Our location is paramount with the Park Meadows Mall and two different Colorado Athletic Clubs within a mile. Please contact us with your questions for short or long term stays in the Denver area.

Why the Owner Chose EnglewoodDenver became a base for us once grandchildren occurred. Our row home at Vallagio is the best location in Denver. One block to the light rail gets you to any event in town. The Vallagio is one of the few residences in the Inverness Business Park just south of DTC off I-25 and Dry Creek exit 196. This community has numerous bistros, day spa, retail, wine shop, art gallery, etc. just one block away.
The Unique Benefits at this TownhomeWe are within less than a mile of anything you would want! Just off I-25 at Dry Creek the Park Meadows Mall is less than a mile away or one exit to the South at County Line Rd. The Colorado Athletic Club has two different facilities in between us. One is more for families less than one mile to the South and one more adults to the North. The Shops of Vallagio are within 70 yards of our front door which include three bistro's, day spa, cleaners, dentist, art gallery, etc.
One block to the West from our Row Home is the Dry Creek Light Rail.
This is a large family Athletic Club that allows non-members.
This is one of the largest malls in Denver with numerous anchor tenants adjacent.
Smaller club geared more towards adults. Non-members may attend.

Andrew is a retired firefighter from Steamboat Springs and his wife a retired teacher. They go back and forth to Maui from Colorado. They have a resort property in Maui, Denver, and Steamboat Springs. Andrew has some interesting stories about playing pool with Elvis and helping grow Fed-Ex in the early days! Phyllis and Andrew have 5 children with three grandchildren in Bethesda, Maryland and San Jose. They are a good resource for your stay at any of their properties.
