The 2nd balcony permits beautiful sunsets and impressive intercoastal views. This southern end unit is ideal for your perfect vacation with the beach directly out front.
The master bedroom has a king tempurpedic bed with an oceanfront balcony, walk in closet and private bath with tub and shower. Guest bedroom features 2 double beds with private access to bathroom. Additional family room converts to a bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. This room can become private by closing pocket doors and includes your own balcony and large screen TV. You will love the open floor plan that lets you can see both the ocean and the intercoastal waterway from anywhere inside. New kitchen with granite countertops and bar with stools. This unit is approximately 1900 square feet in size.

A beautiful condo with spectacular views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Has everything you could possibly want in a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to our return next year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Wendell & Julie's condo. The view and amenities were exactly as described and we couldn't have been more pleased. We really loved the location of the building. Wendell was very quick to respond to every question I had while I was doing my research. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect Daytona Beach Shores vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I spent 2 awesome weeks of vacation at this condo. Julie and Wendell were the perfect owners, any questions or wants were answered right away. We couldn't ask for more. We took our Sheltie, Sully and he enjoyed himself too. The condo is beautiful with fantastic views. You won't need a thing at this condo because it is already there. Julie and Wendell were wonderful, everyone at the condo was delightful, the location and view were great. Close to shopping and movies. We got to bring our little yorkie, he even met some new friends. The condo had everything you would needed and some. The pool location was excellent. Thank you, we appreciate all you did to make our vacation great!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

Just pack your swimsuit; you need nothing else because this condo has it all. The view is the "million dollar view" I have often dreamed of, and the condo itself could not be more beautiful or comfortable. After having stayed in several other condos on the Shores, I can say that I will look no farther. The location is wonderful with several excellent restaurants within walking distance. And the pool area with its fantastic breezes cannot be described. I have booked my next years' vacation here because when the word gets out about this condo, I predict it will stay fully booked. The owners are great and have been so helpful. I have recommended this condo to several family members and friends. .......Our stay has been "a bit of paradise".Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Our stay in this condo was so amazing, everything was beautiful and comfortable, the condo provided every thing you would need! Big screen tvs in all rooms were excellent, making meals in the kitchen was perfect! the veiw from the balconys and all the surrounding windows was great! the owners provided many flyers on different things to do around the area.we reccomend this condo to anyone who would enjoy an excellent vacation. lots of restraunts close by Aunt catfish and IHop are great! We will be returning to this condo in the future!!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
