  The condo could not have been a better fit for our vacation to St. Maarten! Dawn Beach is a great location and in my opinion is one of the best spots to stay on the island. The condo was exactly as pictured, spacious, clean, and comfortable. A little home away from home. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast and coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the pool and with a great ocean view of St. Barts. We liked being able to walk next door to the Westin and enjoy Dawn Beach and had some great meals in Oyster Pond at Big Fish. A rental car is a must on the island and we spent time at Orient Beach and a great day on Pinel Island. Sal was helpful in answering our questions and making suggestions for our stay. We had an amazing experience and will definitely stay again on our next trip to St. Maarten.

  Our family (2 adults and 2 teenage daughters) had a chance to visit many areas and beaches around the island during our spring break visit, and we all agreed that Sal and Cindy's condo at Dawn Beach was the ideal spot to call home during our stay. Large and nicely appointed (better even than the pictures) with a great veranda and a spectacular view of the ocean. The location was perfect, away from the crowded areas and the cruise swarms, but providing easy access to those areas when the urge came to us. After talking to several fellow travelers during the week, we also came to learn that our condo was a great value compared to others. Dawn Beach proved to be a perfect "home beach" (and we also fell in love with the family oriented Le Galion Beach 15 minutes away). We would highly recommend St Maarten and this condo to anyone seeking a true island experience. Thanks to Sal and Cindy for their many acts of assistance. A few tips and recommendations -- first, a car is essential during your stay, and be prepared for an "interesting" driving experience; second, try Loterie Farm for a great off-water destination; third, consider a day-long sailboat cruise (we loved Random Wind); finally, take the hike to Happy Bay Beach on the French Side, it's secluded, breathtakingly beautiful and well worth the effort.

  We (2 adult couples) stayed at this wonderful condo last week in April 2011. Sal was easy to work with and extremely accomodating. No question was bothersome and he was eager to give you suggestions for your stay. Dawn Beach is a very nice beach and easy walk from the condo, but as others indicated it is nice to have a car so you can tour the island and the other beaches St. Marteen has to offer. The condo is exactly as the pictures show, very clean and spacious. It is your home away from home with beautiful views. We went to the market and bought breakfast food for the week, then would take a nice walk to work it off. The people are very friendly and we felt extremely safe everywhere we went. At night, we would take a stroll to Busby's for Pizza. This is a great place to visit... ENJOY

  Stayed with my husband and another couple...the condo was everything Sal says it is. The staff is very helpful, the condo is spacious, stylish and immaculate. We took advantage of the kitchen, cooking breakfast and preparing appetizers for our daily Happy Hour. The views from every room are amazing, the Westin is right next door, beautiful pool and great restaurants. Dawn beach is beautiful and peaceful. Would recommend renting a car to see all of the islands beautiful beaches...or you could spend the time in the Dawn beach area. Sal was most helpful in booking the condo and making recommendations for our trip. Already saving our frequent flyer miles to return!

  Loved the condo, loved St. Maarten/St Martin! We (two adults and two college aged sons) vacationed over winter break. The condo was spacious, clean, and quite accommodating.There was plenty of family space and very nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Beautiful view from the balcony! The location is awesome; easy to get everywhere! We spent time on both sides of the island and visited many beaches, restaurants, etc. The staff at Princess Heights was very friendly and helpful. We'd love to visit again!

  So often we hear it described as paradise…well, that’s exactly what it is! We have been coming to St Maarten now for four years and were extremely fortunate to have lucked upon this particular condo.located near the beautiful Dawn Beach.. And what a treasure it has proven to be. Located just one level above the parking area and close to the swimming pool – important features for us! As you can see in the photos this convenience has an added benefit since the main balcony is practically even with the horizon and has the most magnificent view of the ocean. We love to sit on the balcony at night and look out at the faint lights of St Barths in the distance. We enjoy the fact that it has all the amenities of a fine hotel – you can’t beat the very friendly housekeeping staff by the way. Yet it’s the little touches that make us feel welcomed and at home. Unlike a hotel that stays the same room to room and year after year, each year we’ve been pleased by the small, and occasionally large, changes that have taken place - everything from small decorations, paintings and furniture, to a brand new kitchen this past year. It’s these personal touches that make it more like a home and a special place for us. The biggest decisions we have to make when staying here is whether to stay at the beach, or come back and go swimming in the pool; do we want to sit on the balcony, sip wine and watch the sun set, or do some shopping before dinner. Dinner’s a little difficult too. Whether to go to Jimbo’s for the best (and the largest) Marguerites, or to La Vie En Rose for a truly exquisite and romantic French meal. Either way this condo is convenient to anywhere on the island and is the best place to make those tough decisions! We have no problem recommending this to family, friends and anyone else.

  my husband and i stayed at this unit along with great friends from florida. we had a wonderful time. we were able to make a full breakfast every morning, and make a lunch to take to the beach. we did ttake advantage of the westin amenities on dawn beach. we also rented a car, which i suggest, and went to numerous beaches throughout the island. along with fabulous dinners on both the french and dutch side. dawn beach was quiet and beautiful. and so are all the beachs in st. maartin, and st. marten. we loved the food on the french side, and the shopping on the dutch side. took the ferry to anguilla, and really enjoyed the farwell party on the golden eagle. i would go back in a minute and i would stay at the same unit again. sal was very easy to work with, and very easy to email or call. we relaxed and also had a fun time the entire week. strongly suggest this until and princess heights!

  we went to st marteens for our one year anniversary. we chose this condo because the photos looked very private and romantic. the condo is located across the street from beautiful beaches, and near great resturants. we especially enjoyed the views from the balconies. we were welcomed with a stocked refridgerator, and the friendly staff gave us fresh towels every day. i would recommend this property to any friend or relative, and look forward to returning soon.
