This is a 1200 square foot, ground level, luxury condominium in River Glen Condominiums, centrally located to the ski resorts at Copper Mountain (10 min.), Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail (30-40 min). Free buses a five-minute walk away provide service every 30 minutes to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone.
In addition to the beds in the master and guest bedrooms there are sofabeds in the master bedroom and living room. All beds are queen-size. The master bedroom bath has two sinks and a double shower, and the second bath with a shower in the tub is accessible from both the guest bedroom and the living area. A one-car garage plus one surface space are provided.
The condo faces 10-Mile Creek, a delight particularly in summer. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo is near the Summit County bike-path system that goes to Copper Mountain and Vail Pass, Breckenridge, Dillon and Keystone. A town park with a playground is a 10-minute walk away.
