Our family and another joined forces and stayed at this wonderful house in July. The location was perfect, the house had everything we needed and plenty of space for us and the kids. The owners were amazing and were so helpful if we needed anything or had the smallest of questions. We knew the first day we would be returning for many years to come and already booked another week next year. Being on the bay side provided the perfect atmosphere for our kids to play & the parents to still enjoy our time. We hope to be back for many years to come.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

What a great family vacation this turned out to be. Your place was just perfect for our two families to come together for a week of great fun. It was clean, spacious and provided all that we needed. Can't wait to come back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We just returned from San Diego and stayed in this home. We really enjoyed the place and location. Frank the owner was very helpful and nice. The property was exactly as the pictures portrayed it. It was clean and well kept. The location could not be better, out the front door Mission Bay just steps away and out back door ocean less than 3 blocks away. There were 9 of us staying here and had more than enough room. If we return to the San Diego area again we will definitely stay at this property again. We also had a chance to peak at the upstairs apartment and found it to be just as nice as the downstairs if you need something smaller.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

I would like to compliment you on a very well maintained property. Our family had a wonderful time and the property location was perfect. It was very relaxing and the evening fireworks were fabulous. 2013 rates $3000/week + 11.05% occupancy taxes + $135 for cleaning. $1000 refundable security deposit to hold for desired dates. The ONLY time security deposit becomes NON refundable is if you cancel anytime AFTER the final payment date.Reservations run from Saturday CHECK IN 2pm to following Saturday CHECK OUT 10am. About the owner: My husband and I both live in beautiful San Diego and know what a wonderful place it is to vacation. Our Mission beach location is a perfect location with so many activities for both the adult and the children. Our place is walking distance to almost all rental, amusement park, shopping and dining. Our units are very cozy and right on the bay side just a few feet from the sand and just a few blocks away from the surf on the Ocean side, making it the best of both worlds. We look forward to having you stay and will do all we can to make your stay enjoyable. Ask about our upstairs 2 bedroom/2 bath unit that sleeps six just $1850 a week for all the same things mentioned in ad.
