All remodeled,white tiled floor, furnished in wicker/rattan and decorated with the ocean & beach ambiance in mind. Boat dockage in the back and easy access to boat ramp within walking distance from property. Backyard has everything: Facing deep water canal, a New Tiki Hut with bar, gas stove,gas barbecue, refrigerators, and TV in the bar. Dockage space for up to 40 ft boat. Fishing from the backyard!! Plenty of parking space for your boat trailer, & cars.
Refrigerators (outside bar/inside), full kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer, three full baths (one outside (pool area)and two inside). Master bedroom with a king bed and 25' TV. Second bedroom, two full-size beds plus one bunk bed (twin)+ 25' TV. Spacious living room area with a Flat screen TV/DVD&VCR,music entertainment center.Relax in our new Tiki Bar, and enjoy our new 15ft above the ground pool.

Mercy, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house. The house was perfect for us. The only time we spent in the house was sleeping, your ChickeeHut was fantastic. The fishing was great. The manatees in the canal on our last night capped off a perfect week for us. I am hoping we can get back down there next year and I will definitely recommend it to our friends. My family stayed at the cottage over Spring Break and really enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the tiki bar and patio. It was fun to watch the fish, birds, and occasional iguanas.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Mercy I would like to thank you; we had one of the best 4th of July's in Islamorada. We enjoyed your home it was really cozy and my kids loved the pool and hot tub. Me and my wife enjoyed the Tiki Bar just sitting back and enjoy some cold drinks and listen to some music as our kids fished off the dock. The home had everything that we needed it truly felt like home. We are looking forward to going back next year. Also the fishing was great all around the area and all the stores and restaurants where close by.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Just wanted to write a note about our experience staying at the house. This was our 5th year staying at this great location. We have come back each year because of how cozy and safe we feel at the house. It’s conveniently located to many restaurants and stores. Being able to dock the boat right in the back yard is so nice and it’s a quick ride out to the bay or the Atlantic. The backyard with the pool and hot tub and the tiki bar is great to relax at after a day of fishing. Each year we have come to the house it is always so CLEAN and over the years improvements have been made that just makes the house that much more pleasant to stay at. Mercy and Jose have always been kind and helpful to us each year we’ve come down. We already have our plans made for next year and will continue to go down the Keys each year and love this great location we’ve found to stay at! We always feel comfortable and welcome when we are there. We’ve recommended the house to many friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We enjoy our visit very much,we met a couple from Estonia out in a party boat at Robbies. even brought our fish to Lorelis and they cooked them up!This is a wonderful place to relax for one month, no traffic,no noise, or phones ringing,we forgot what date was, the day and even the time....It was so relaxing! my name is rosalia i would like to tell you that the house of mrs. merceds is very cozy, clean and comfortable we were one week , enjoyed the pool and spa tub. the neighborhood is very good, quiet and safe there are supermarkets and restaurants a few miles , there are 2 parkes to enjoy and be able to do autdoor activities just miles from home , a home for your family really enjoy, i recommend them and will not be suddenly.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is our third year coming down to stay at the house. Each year has been wonderful. We feel at home and have always had the best experience. We will keep coming down as many times as we can. Mercy, Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed your great (and clean) home. It's in a perfect location. It was so nice to have the boat right there at the dock and to be able to cool off in the pool after a day of fishing. The outside bar was great for relaxing in the evenings with a few cocktails! About the owner: We are a hard working couple in our 50's, we fell in love with the Keys long time ago, it was around 2000, we decided in buying a property down in Islamorada, just 1 hour away from Miami, so that we can come down on the weekends, enjoy, relax, and fish! we love the ocean, and our escapes are every weekend in summer time, we bring our family down for get together and spend quality time, come and joint us in this awsome experience
