Totally remodeled, canal-front home, quiet and in the nicest of neighborhoods (Plantation Key Colony). Situated on the bayside on Mile Marker 90. White tiled floor, furnished in wicker/rattan and decorated with the ocean & beach ambiance in mind. Boat dockage in the back and free access to boat ramp within walking distance from property. Backyard has everything: Facing deep water canal, a New Tiki Hut with bar, gas stove,gas barbecue, refrigerator, and TV in the bar. Dockage space for up to 40 ft boat. Fishing from the backyard!! Plenty of parking space for your boat trailer, & cars.

Refrigerators (outside bar/inside), full kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer, three full baths (one outside (pool area)and two inside). Master bedroom with a king bed and 25" TV. Second bedroom, two full-size beds plus one bunk bed (twin)+ 25" TV. Spacious living room area with a Flat screen TV/DVD&VCR,music entertainment center.Relax in our new Tiki Bar, and enjoy our new 15ft above the ground pool.
For your convinience, we just added ComCast High speed internet access & computer!
The owners of this beautiful cottage,live in Miami, and we are happy to take care of you as our previlege guest! We will provide you with "excellent and affordable" hospitality. We have made "our vacation home" comfortable and cozy. We would offer you most of everything needed in a style "Key comfort".We look forward sharing our "Summer Cove" and seeing you coming back every year after! Please, our home is a "Non-Smoking Cove!" and only Small Pets are allowed. It Must be pre-approved by owner prior to rental agreement (8 pounds or less)A pet fee will apply.

It was so nice to have the boat right there at the dock and to be able to cool off in the pool after a day of fishing. The outside bar was great for relaxing in the evenings with a few cocktails!   • Dear Mercy & Jose, We had the nicest six weeks at your lovely, cozy, and CLEAN home. We have loads of pictures to keep our memories . The accomodations were more than adequate. The temperature was perfect while we were there, but March was very windy. However we had plenty to do -swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, watch the weather channel on the outside TV, or read under the Tiki hut. The location is perfect for grocery shopping and plenty of places to wine and dine. We did most of our cooking on the beautiful tiled grill area. We were entertained by igunas, manatees, geckos, egrets, and cats. We will certainly return. You my use our name for a recommendation.

  • This vacation home is an absolute gem. It is an older home which has been totally updated by the Sanchez family. If dyou want the ambiance of the Keys with its tropical flavoring this is for you. Where else can you walk out the back door, climb in your boat, be out in the crystal blue atlantic in about 20 minutes and catch dinner. When you return to the dock just relax under the lanai with a cool one. If the weather gets a little bad just fish off the dock for great fun. If your fortunate as we were the manatees come into the canal and you get to experience the best of nature. This is a fantastic place for the vacation of a lifetime and we thank Mercy and Jose for providing us with the opportunity. You guys get a big BOOYAH and we're definitely coming back in 2007.

    Dear Mercy: My apologies for not been able to write directly into your guestbook, however I am sending it to you by mail, so that it can be added by you. We have really enjoyed our stay and plan to return again. The house is conveniently located for all our destinations, specially those we visited while here.Having our boat tied up only a few feet away (via New Tiki Hut) was very nice. I especially enjoyed access to Founders Park and the "doggie park". Being able to bring our family incl. our small dog- cut down on stress for him and for ME! The teeneagers had a great time!!!!
