We enjoy our visit very much,we met a couple from Estonia out in a party boat at Robbies. even brought our fish to Lorelis and they cooked them up!This is a wonderful place to relax for one month, no traffic,no noise, or phones ringing,we forgot what date was, the day and even the time....It was so relaxing! We hope to come back soon again,

my name is rosalia i would like to tell you that the house of mrs. merceds is very cozy, clean and comfortable we were one week , enjoyed the pool and spa tub. the neighborhood is very good, quiet and safe there are supermarkets and restaurants a few miles , there are 2 parkes to enjoy and be able to do autdoor activities just miles from home , a home for your family really enjoy, i recommend them and will not be suddenly.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is our third year coming down to stay at the house. Each year has been wonderful. We feel at home and have always had the best experience. We will keep coming down as many times as we can. Dear Mercy & Jose, We had the nicest six weeks at your lovely, cozy, and CLEAN home. We have loads of pictures to keep our memories . The accomodations were more than adequate. The temperature was perfect while we were there, but March was very windy. However we had plenty to do -swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, watch the weather channel on the outside TV, or read under the Tiki hut. The location is perfect for grocery shopping and plenty of places to wine and dine. We did most of our cooking on the beautiful tiled grill area. We were entertained by igunas, manatees, geckos, egrets, and cats. We will certainly return. You my use our name for a recommendation.

This vacation home is an absolute gem. It is an older home which has been totally updated by the Sanchez family. If dyou want the ambiance of the Keys with its tropical flavoring this is for you. Where else can you walk out the back door, climb in your boat, be out in the crystal blue atlantic in about 20 minutes and catch dinner. When you return to the dock just relax under the lanai with a cool one. If the weather gets a little bad just fish off the dock for great fun. If your fortunate as we were the manatees come into the canal and you get to experience the best of nature. This is a fantastic place for the vacation of a lifetime and we thank Mercy and Jose for providing us with the opportunity. You guys get a big BOOYAH and we're definitely coming back in 2007.

Dear Mercy: My apologies for not been able to write directly into your guestbook, however I am sending it to you by mail, so that it can be added by you. We have really enjoyed our stay and plan to return again. The house is conveniently located for all our destinations, specially those we visited while here.Having our boat tied up only a few feet away (via New Tiki Hut) was very nice. I especially enjoyed access to Founders Park and the "doggie park". Being able to bring our family incl. our small dog- cut down on stress for him and for ME! The teeneagers had a great time!!!! Hi Mercy We are now back home and I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay.Everything went as planned and we had no problems at your place. Your house is very comfortable with all the amenities and the right size. I can't imagin living in one of those huge places that you see in the area, to much to look after. Your house is the perfect size. We found the pool very nice for cooling off, the sun can be very intence there. We are cooler climate people and its quite a change. We did all the things we planned to, scuba diving, rented a boat and snorkled and swam on bay side, saw lots of wild life, biked every day, great shopping, toured,relaxed, made nice meals and more, so it all worked out very good. Upon leaving we did a general cleanup, washed all the bedding we used and generally put things back as we found them, we watered plants periodically, put clorine tabs in pool dispencer etc. The keys were left in the location as requested. We had a fabulous 11 days with many choices to do things. Thanks very much and you can likely expect to see us again!! Clay and Vivian Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Hi Mercy, Thank you for allowing us to use your rental home. We had a fabulous vacation. We visit the Keys with our boat as often as possible, either for a long weekend or for an extended stay. We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed the clean, comfortable accomodations. The neighborhood ramp was easy to find and well maintained. The dock and outdoor patio area at the house was just perfect. My family and I spent Christmas 2003 in this truly lovely vacation retreat. The house was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and had all the amenities needed for a Florida Keys vacation. The outdoor bath was both fun and functional, and the gazebo with cooking facilities was great for us because we wanted to spend a lot of time outside. It was especially nice to bring our small dog with us. The landlord was friendly and accommodating. We had so much fun we want to do it again! I recommend it highly. Louise England, Sebring Florida

The four months I stayed here, while doing my training at Theater of the Sea, was very enjoyable. The house was perfect and meet all my needs. Anything that went wrong was taken care of immediately (as when we ran out of BBQ's propane gas). I enjoyed the wildlife in the backyard especially to see and feed (shhhhh...) the manatees. I enjoyed the time I spent here in the keys and it will always be in my heart as part of being home. I really enjoyed relaxing in the backyard watching TV under the gazebo!!! also I loved to eat at Sundowners and Sr. Frijoles in K.Largo. Kayaking at Pennekamp in the weekends and visiting Key West for something different! Here in the keys is like: "have it your way!" doing too much or just simply relaxing and sun bathing while grilling your favor in your own backyard! Thanks again, Danielle & Linda
