The condominium is located on the Mayan Riviera in the gated resort of Puerto Aventuras, 50 minutes south of the Cancun Airport. The resort is centrally located to the many area tourist attractions. A self-contained resort possessing all the amenities to make your vacation enjoyable, relaxing and affordable with 24/7 security services.Transfers from Cancun airport to the condo are available. Or, you may wish to rent a car at the Cancun airport.
The condominium sleeps four in two private rooms. The master suite has a king-size bed with full tile bath. The kitchenette/living room has a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa and a second full bath.The queen sleeper sofa is comfortable for children or young adults.Each room has separate entrances with connecting doorway affording privacy for each room as desired. The unit is very clean and neatly furnished. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning,and ceiling fans. The third floor balconies overlook a private swimming pool, a world class marina and the beautiful aquamarine ocean.

Year Purchased: 1990
One winter my family and I were on our way to Aruba, 20 years ago, but instead landed in Puerto Aventuras Mexico. You could get a hotel reservation in Aruba but couldn't get a seat on a plane on short notice. Consequently, the Mayan Riviera was our winter vacation destination. It has exceeded our expectations and we haven't looked back.
Why the Owner Chose Puerto Aventuras
The beaches, weather, environment and culture provide a diversified level of attractions for the most discriminating tourist. Over the years the Mayan Riviera has grown to be a world class vacation destination. We decided to purchase a condo here because we could envision the beauty of the people, history and climate equated to everything you would call "paradise".
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our property is centrally located within the gated resort of Puerto Aventuras. The benefits of our condo location are ; a 5 minute walk to the golf course, tennis courts, the Omni Beach Club, restaurants,shops,Dolphin Discovery - swim with the dolphins. All within a 5 - 10 minute walk.
The peace and tranquility of sitting on our balcony in the morning or evening watching the fishing, scuba dive, tour boats pass our condo front row seat.

My husband and I just spent a week in this great condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (including a welcome bottle of wine, and a fridge stocked with water, cerveza, and soda). The property manager was helpful, welcoming, and friendly. We spent a lot of time on the balconies enjoying the views, and lounging in and by the pool. It was a short walk around the marina to all the restaurants and shopping, and we liked strolling past the fishing boats as they came in with their daily catch. A few of our favorite places to eat were Cafe Ole, Mango's, and Dos Chiles. We also enjoy scuba diving and this condo was just a short walk to our favorite dive shop, Dive Aventuras (located in the Omni). We've visited Puerto Aventuras a few times and the location of this condo was a unique perspective on the marina and all the activity around there. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Aventuras, and we hope to go back ourselves. With places such as Playa Del Carmen, the eco-parks, and the ruins at Tulum so close by, this is really an ideal spot to experience the Riveria Maya.

We stayed at this condo the week of Apr 13 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was very well supplied with, and we started out with the little things already stocked that make all the difference. Every afternoon was spent enjoying the sunshine and breezes and watching the fishing and dive boats come in from the balcony. I would highly recommend this rental unit and would definitely consider staying here again.

Our 3 week vacation could not have been any better. The condo has all the comforts of home, has a great view and within walking distance of the shops, beach and resturants. The owners were very helpful with all our questions prior to our arrival. Provided detailed directions to the condo, and the property was in picture perfect condition apon arrival. The property managers were helpful, friendly and there to answer any questions we had. Puerto Aventuras is a safe, comfortable and friendly community with lots of ammenities. Great selection of resturants, with live music most nights. Lots of shops, corner stores and just a walk or short cab ride to a well stocked grocery / department store. We didn't have a car and easily managed to tour the area walking, taking the Collectivo and cabs. The location is central to Playa, Tulum, Akumal and the adventure parks. I would definitely recommend this property.
