  We had an absolute wonderful time at your condo. Everything was so convenient. We enjoyed many hours on the beach and could walk on the beach to the Back Porch for lunch or dinner. Also found a great fish market and because you have your condo so well equipped, we were able to have many romantic dinners on the balcony. This is truly the best place we have stayed in Destin. We have tried many different places in Destin, but by far this is the best. We like the smaller complex and the staff is very helpful. We were able to meet several owners during our stay and found everyone very friendly and helpful. We plan to rent again next year for the same time. Thank you for such a nice place. Thanks for a great stay and we will be in touch after the first of the year to make a reservation.

  We drove from Texas about 10 hours, had reserved these condos at the last minute. I kid you not we did not make a mistake at all getting this place for our stay. These condos are walking distace from the amazing beach. the big kahuna water park and all ther other attractions and eaterly. We loved it and want to go to Destin every summer and this will be the only place i would like to stay. The manager Courtney was very nice.

  The first few days we spent in destin were chilly so we were so happy we chose a vacation home so comfortable! This condo was warm, spacious and we definitely enjoyed our time spent in it!

  We had a wonderfully quiet week here. November is probably not a big tourist time in Destin but that was what we wanted. The complex was nearly empty. The weather was just fine and didn't prevent us from really enjoying the beach, even this late in the year. The condo was also just right for us, on the beach side and just a 2 minute walk down the private walkway to the beach. I was impressed by the condo itself, roomy and comfortable and its location to shopping and restaurants. I'd love to come back. BTW, checkout McGuires Irish pub, became one of our favorites!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  Loved this condo! It was roomier than expected and newly decorated! Very clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. Pictures depict the condo accurately. So nice to be able to walk to the beach without having to cross a road. The location is central to many attractions and restaurants (The Big Kahuna is right across the street.) A very easy place to relax and have fun with the family. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

  Loved this place. Really is a couple of mins to WALK to the ocean! Location is on a pretty busy highway, so can't really walking to other attractions, but there is plenty to do and everything is very close by. We felt safe and the condo was very cozy and easy to settle into. Did I mention only a couple minutes to WALK to the ocean!! Will definately stay here again!

  We stayed in this condo July 24-31, 2010. The condo was accurately reflected in the pictures. It was larger than we expected. It was clean and well maintained. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own full bathroom. The hallway bathroom shares a bathtub/shower with the bedroom with the queen size bed. This bedroom also had a futon which could have slept 2 children. The third bedroom contains two twin size beds. The livingroom has a sleeper sofa. The condo is nicely decorated. The kitchen had a large amount of plates and silverware. The balcony runs the full length of the condo. There are sliding glass doors in the livingroom and in the master bedroom. The balcony closet had a decent amount of beach stuff in it. The condo management company changed the lock on the gate to the private beach access a week or so before we arrived. The beach access key that was provided to us upon our arrival was still the old key. We could not access the beach until we received this key, because it is needed to gain entrance and exit from the beach. The other renters were not interested in sharing their keys. We were disappointed that the correct key was not provided upon our arrival, since the owner knew that the locks had been changed. We were told that the owner had left messages with the maintenance staff, but maintenance usually does not respond to messages on weekends. On Monday, we were told that the maintenance man could be "flighty" and forget about requests. Finally at 4 PM on Tuesday, the maintenance man dropped off the key. The condo is located across the street from the Big Kahuna. It is within 2 miles of the Lucky Snapper, Harry T's and Fudpuckers. We would recommend all of these restaurants. The boardwalk outdoor plaza had free fireworkers on Thursday nights. The fireworks are shot from a barge in the pass by the bridge. Not being able to go to the beach until Tuesday evening was a big disappointment (we had two 6 year olds on the trip) to an otherwise wonderful vacation. We would have given this review an excellent rating if we had not been locked out of the beach for 4 out of our 7 days.
