  Just wanted to say thank you. The condo was exactly what I was looking for to relax. Close enough to the beach and close enough to the heart of Dana Point. Would definitely visit again as well as recommend to friends and family.

  We were so happy to arrive at our destination in Dana Point. We had driven a long way and our plans changed several times. Shane and Walt were so patient and gracious to work with us and fortunately could accommodate us. The unit was as pictured, being very welcoming, clean and relaxing. Our son, in the Navy and stationed at Camp Pendleton was able to stay with us over the holiday weekend. Dana Point is a beautiful area, close to wonderful beaches on the northern coast toward LA and south to San Diego. We enjoyed visiting these areas but loved coming back to the quiet and serene area of Dana Point and the Condo. We ate at Thai This and found it to have great food, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Also, J C Beans Coffee House had a special atmosphere that was very cozy, with hundreds of used books for sale and especially great coffee drinks. We enjoyed some of the less busy areas including Heisler Park at Laguna Beach and ventured to Catalina Island for a full day trip. I would definitely recommend this area and staying here. Thank you again for allowing us to rent your condo.

  Overall great location across the street from the beach! Shane was really easy to work with and made the whole process very easy. This condo is in a cute little community which seems to have a lot of other vacation rentals as well. We met a lot of other families with kids at the pool that were vacationing, which was great for the kids. The condo is literally next to the pool which made it very convenient for lunch and snack breaks! The beach is just a walk across the street, however be warned that if the incline elevator is not working, it is a long haul up and down when carrying items. That didn't stop us, because we love the beach but my kids complained the whole way up and down each time, and I could see it being an issue for some. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. Both rooms have ceiling fans which was nice for the hot nights. The second bedroom beds were just okay, and the large one felt kind of like a taco. :) The living space was just perfect size, as we did not spend a lot of time sitting around inside. The one major complaint I have is that the condo could use an overall deep clean. It was surface clean from the cleaners who come through in between guests, but especially the showers, kitchen drawers/dishes, and tile floor could use some extra TLC. We are kind of clean freaks, and found ourselves cleaning when we first got there. With that said, I wouldn't call it dirty, just a little beyond what our preference is, and it was something we were able to resolve quickly. The washing machine and dryer was a nice feature to have. We had to buy detergent because they were out, but that was okay. It was nice to go home with clean clothes! The beach toys were lacking a little bit as well so we bought some of those too and left them there for future visitors! All in all, it was a pretty good experience. You can't beat the views from the walking trails and the location is great for beach go-ers!

  The pictures and info was very accurate. The condo was very clean and organized. We appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry detergent for us to use, as well as shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. The owner was very helpful and great to work with, making sure our stay was enjoyable! We have young children, and the condo was perfect for them as it was right next to the pool and literally across the street from the beach! I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and will hope to stay there again next time we are in town!

  We came to California to visit colleges, go to a wedding and enjoy the sun. This condo was perfect for everything. The weather was perfect, especially considering we were escaping the New England snow. It was an easy drive to LA and San Diego to visit colleges and sightsee. We walked on the beach every day, saw dolphins and seals, and watched the Whale Parade. Our daughters loved the hot tub and pool, and the town of Dana Point provides beautiful views everywhere you look. I took some of the most gorgeous and challenging morning runs around town and along the nature trail. The condo was a great base for everything we did. Having laundry and a kitchen was a huge advantage for saving some money and packing lighter. We would definitely stay here again.

  Location, Location, Location!!! The condo is across the street from an awesome beach and nature trail. The condo is very comfortable and has every thing you need. We stayed a month so the washer and dryer came in very handy. Laundry soap was there for us, too. It doesn't get any better than this!

  We stayed at El Condo Que Canta for 2 weeks in August with our young daughter and small dog. Niguel Terrace is located on a quiet road across from direct access to the beach. There are wonderful walks from this area and perfect spots to view the sunsets. The condo's proximity to the pool was ideal. Our daughter met many children her age at the pool and had lots of fun in the complex. Everything needed for a beach holiday was supplied, and the owner is extremely professional.

  Where do I start ! I have stayed in many vacation rentals in Dana Point many in the same compound but I must say this has been the most relaxing and rewarding of them all ! My family extended the holiday and stayed 2 months !! whilst I travelled back and forth to Europe and the middle East for work. Shane and his dad (Walt) are excellent, arriving in the codo was easy and simple fresh flowers and a nice bottle of wine, not some cheap vino but classic and enjoyable. Having 2 little boys, the place is located next to the pool which was great to jump in for a swim and be back to shower in less than 30 sec. I would definitely recommend El Condo Que Canta to anyone wanting a surberb place for relaxation and enjoyment on the beach or using it as a base to explore southern California. Thanks guys and see you soon

  My stay at El Condo Que Canta was fantastic! We stayed at the beginning of October and had a great time. The condo is quaint and is super close to a great beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool is like 10 feet away, which is awesome. I would definitely recommend any of my friends to stay here.

  We arrived last night and were absolutely delighted with the condo! Fresh flowers, wine, personal note...all taken care of! The condo was SUPER-CLEAN, the pool is awesome, and everything looks just like the photo's. We can't wait to explore the area next and see what the beaches are like!!
