  This property is well appointed. The owners have thought of everything! Great location in Destin. This unit is updated, has a beautiful view of gulf, but is lively while being out of the spring break fray! Beach and tram service was awesome. Pools were nice and clean. Everything you need is here, including relaxation!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had an amazing time in Destin and just fell in love with Destin Pointe, Magnolia House and especially this condo. It was the perfect size for my family (four of us) and we felt we had plenty of space. We were able to make ourselves feel right at home. It is very well decorated and everything is up to date. The bedrooms are nice and big and we had plenty of room to move around. The beds were very comfortable! The size of the Magnolia House was fantastic. We made several trips back and forth to the pool daily and it wasn't a long walk like it can be for the huge condo complexes. The owners were very responsive and very helpful to us! We will definitely go back!

  My boyfriend and I needed to get unplugged from computers and phones and relax for a few days and our stay in your unit was perfect for relaxing. The unit has been updated nicely and is well equipped. It is so quiet in the subdivision, we were surprised we were so close to the traffic of the Destin Bridge and the harbor. I only had one small issue the living room rug has a corner turned up and it is a trip hazard. Thanks for allowing us the use of your condo!

  Everything was wonderful. We will definately be staying here again. The evenings sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and the boats coming in and out of the East Pass were fantastic! The condo has everything you need and was very comfortable. I believe the location is one of my favorites in Destin because you have easy access to the East Pass/Jetties and the beach.

  Everything was wonderful! The condo was perfect and the view was fabulous. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Destin Pointe is a beautiful location and we enjoyed the beautiful beach and pools. The beach set-up was a real plus along with the tram. Everything on the property was well maintained. The owner was very helpful and we had a perfect week and hope to return next year.

  This was a perfect place fpr my family. We enjoyed the location which was close to the harbor and walking distance from the beach. Also, we enjoyed talking to other families that stay in this place for several years.

  We had a great time staying at your condominium. It was absolutely gorgeous! The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully! We enjoyed all of the amenities! The umbrella and beach chairs that were provided was definitely a plus! It is at a great location and the tram was very convenient. The view from the balcony was awesome. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely come back and stay here! I was extremely impressed! Thank you for sharing your paradise with my family!

  We are from the Upper Midwest and visit the area 1-2 times per year. In the past, we have stayed in a junior suite at the Sandestin Hilton, but decided to try a condo on our most recent trip. I'm glad that we did. First, the owners were quick to answer questions, e-mails, calls, etc. [as well as the rental agents]. More importantly, the condo was in excellent condition and well-stocked with towels, kitchen utensils/dishes/etc. The kitchen is so-well stocked that you could plan all of your meals in to save money if so desired. In addition, there are three professional gas grills by one of the pools nearest to the property, which were in excellent condition. Further, the views from the balcony is both as represented by the owners with very nice deck furniture. In addition, both the property and grounds at Destin Pointe were beautifully maintained and in having two beaches on the Gulf and Bayside within a most reasonable walking distance was a nice bonus. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone, including those with children [as we had a three year old that had a blast].

  Our family stayed here for a week April 2012 and we loved the condo. The owners have kept this place updated from the granite kitchen counter tops to thenew tile bathrooms and the beds were really comfortable! The unit is so sunny and has AMAZING views! I loved making dinner in the kitchen while watching the fishing boats come back in and the sun setting...truly wonderful. It was fantastic to have two bathrooms with two teen girls in our family. The photos in the description are very accurate but the unit is even more spacious and welcoming in person! There are two pools in addition to the beach and nothing was ever too crowded. The unit includes two beach chairs and an umbrella which was really a bonus to have all ready for you at the beach. When you enter this gated community it's as if you are in your own private little world that is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We brought our bikes and our family took several rides within Destin Pointe as well as on the quite roads leading into the location. Because this community is on a point you are surrounded by water. There are rolling, grassy dunes in certain areas that make it look like Cape Cod. Many people were fishing and catching crabs with their children in the evenings or just strolling the long stretches of beach. There is so much to do outside that your family will all find something to please them. The owners were so friendly and accomodating! We really enjoyed working with them. This was our first time coming to Destin and we couldn't have asked for a better location and unit. We plan on coming again and this condo will be our first choice! Thank you for a wonderful spring break.

  Just wanted to thank you so much for sharing your condo with us this past Sunday-Tuesday. We spent our first 3 days in Destin in your place and the last 3 days at the Hilton Sandestin. You're place was much more enjoyable for us and one that we would love to revisit. The amenities were great, the location was fantastic and the privacy was a real treat. Thank again for sharing.
