The private secluded king sized master suite has a large walk in closet. There is a very roomy master bathroom with his and her vanity's along with a over sized tiled shower and spa tub with a television for your up to date morning news. The bedroom is very comfortable to relax in while enjoying cool breezes and ocean views. The large living room room has a 57' HD flat screen television and a DVD/Blue Ray player, seating is plentiful with two large sofa's and chairs there is a gas fireplace for those cooler evenings.
Next to the living room there is a den with a convertible sleeper queen size couch this office/den has a desk, fax machine with internet access, there is a 36' wall mounted television over the desk.
The main entry level off the foyer has a family room with a convertible sleeper couch and desk. There is a 42' television with an additional DVD/Blue Ray player. This cozy family room is next to a very large bedroom that has two queen sized beds, a perfect guest area. The queen bedroom has very large closets with mirrored doors, dresser and nighstand. The furniture is very comfortable with stunning eye appeal, you can get ready for your day while enjoying another wall mounted television to view.
The laundry room is a large delight with new red LG front loading washer and dryer. On the main level off the foyer entry there is a 1/2 bath power room and garage entry.
There is a king sized bedroom on this main level for guests that has an entire wall of mirrored closets there is another television for your relaxed viewing. The double queen bedroom and king bedroom are separated by a Jack and Jill double vanity sink bathroom with a separate shower area. The mattresses are all so comfy with the highest quality of luxurious linens.
There are a total of eight flat screen Vizio HD televisions in all of the entertaining areas of this home. Cedros Design District with it's farmers market on Sundays is fun place to stroll while enjoying the unique shops and outdoor cafe's, Flower Hill Promenade shopping center is minutes away with it's fine shops, Whole Foods and restaurants. There are many family theme parks near by for your family's enjoyment, Legoland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Seaport Village, Balboa Park, Scripps Aguarium, San Diego Harbor Tours, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farms, Coronado Island is a easy 1/2 hour drive south. The Coaster Train leaves from the Solana Beach train station to downtown San Diego you can also travel on Amtrack to Los Angeles it is 100 miles north. I love this area for it's many activities and fun places to visit. The dining out experience is wonderful with many popular established along with new restaurants that are known for their excellence in quality and guest following. This cute beach area has so many points of interest to suit all ages with many things to do in the Del Mar/Solana Beach area. If you enjoy the Race Track and follow the racing season you are a two minute drive to the entry gate to post your bet. The Del Mar Fairgrounds hosts many fun family events thru out the calendar year. There are three beaches to relax, sun, picnic and enjoy. Biking, hiking, walking and relaxing in a cafe along the Pacfic Coast Highway ( Hwy 101) is a weekend thing to do. The Cedros Design District is a strolling delight with it's many attractions for shopping and outdoor cafe's. The San Diego Airport is a short 25 minute drive south, the Coaster Train Station stops in Solana Beach for your easy transportation needs north or south. The weather of southern California is very pleasant for your fun outdoor activities. This vacation home is so convienently located to enjoy so many requirements to perfect your vacation experience.
