  My wife and I have very high standards and expectations and the Fogle's unit at SBTS exceeded those. We traveled with four small children and a nanny, and there was plenty of space for everyone to have thier privacy while enough common area within the unit to enjoy each other's company. The kids room was great and they actually slept past 6 am each day which was a huge plus. The master suite was awesome and we enjoyed the sitting area and the steam shower each day. What makes SBTS special is whats contained outside the unit and the peace and quiet is comparable to our favorite out of the way Caribbean beaches. Having spent time on many island gems you appreciate the privacy and serenity this section of 30-A offers. The kids loved the freshwater lakes and we hunted crabs each day in the sun. The zero entry pool was also a great plus. Earlene was a pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be back.

  Fabulous luxury condo that is truly a beach front property. We traveled with another family and the layout of this condo was the perfect setup for our two families. The kids loved the game room and were happy to have a place to call their own (the adults were very happy, too!). The kitchen was the most well stocked of any place we have ever stayed. The fact that the condo had two sets of washer/dryers made doing laundry for two families easy. Our favorite feature of the condo by far was the huge balcony. There is nothing like a front row view to the beautiful Emerald Coast sunrise and sunset! We are excited to return to Sanctuary ByThe Sea again.

  This is an absolutely beautiful condo with all one could want and more, The master suite is a wonderful retreat. There are TV's and high end electronics in every room. This is important when traveling with college aged children and they were impressed and pleased. I love to cook when traveling and the kitchen is well equipped and quite spacious.The pictures really do not do the unit justice and show the speciousness of the rooms adequately. The ocean views are beautiful from the two master suites and from the kitchen/dining/family room area. Our family has used VRBO often and we have spent several Christmas/New Year's weeks in the Destin/Seaside area visiting family. This is by far the nicest condo and resort we have had the pleasure to visit. I can guarantee that you won't be disappoint if you select this unit. The owners are accommodating, responsive and prompt with the return of the security deposit..

  We only stay in Oceanfront properties and there is simply no place like this on 30A or in the Destin-Fort Walton Area!! This was by far the nicest, most plush and luxurious condo we have ever stayed in..with still,a nice comfy and homey feel to it. It has a panoramic,wrap around view of a pristine,wide, and uncrowded beach. All of the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the furniture--even the deck furniture, is first rate and most relaxingly cozy.The pools our kids absolutley loved along with the nearby hottub. This entire unit is a spacious,very large beachfront home, because the word condo doesn't say nearly enough about the world you will enter into when you stay here..The Master suite alone is like its own luxurious apartment set apart with the best luxury bathroom you'' ever find! You won't believe the kitchen with ultra modern appliances which make cooking so much easier and such a pleasure,in which we cooked our own fresh redfish and flounder we caught from the lake which closely borders it. Everything about this unit, along with our attentive landlords, the Fogles, was first class..and we can't wait to come back.We've never been in anything on Florida's east or west coast,nor the Georgia or Carolina coasts, that provided a better dream week on the beach than this!!

  What can I say? I have not stopped talking about our wonderful experience at Sanctuary By the Sea. The pictures do not do it justice and the Fogles have thought of everything. We enjoy cooking every meal while together, sharing each others new specialties, and the kitchen was amazing! (stocked with utensils, plenty of plates, serving pieces,pots!) I never thought that I needed an ice maker, and now how do I live with out it. The views is spectacular from the porch, I enjoyed breakfast and coffee there every morning. Beach straight ahead and Lake redfish to the right. The unit was clean and well maintained, with some of the nicest furnishing we have had. We have been meeting for 8 years and this was my favorite destination!

  Enjoyed a fabulous vacation at your 'Sanctuary by the Sea'. Gorgeous condo, very spacious, elegantly decorated yet extremely comfortable. Perfect for our large family with several unique living spaces and a grand kitchen that made preparing meals enjoyable and memorable. The two masters were wonderful (great gulf front views from each) and the beds were very comfortable in all rooms! The 'balcony'.... what can we say...the place to hang out!....huge space with multiple furniture pieces all very comfortable....and then the amazing views of the gulf, beach, dunes and Redfish lake.....Paradise!!! Also the amenities of the complex...pools, hot tub, workout facility, theatre room, and vitual golf were all grand and easy to access. Many nice restaurants, galleries and shopping nearby on 30A. This condo is total luxury and very clean! Earlene was fablulous to work with and made the experience so enjoyable. First class owners.....would highly recommend!! Hope to return!!

  This is by far the nicest condo I have ever stayed in. The view of the ocean is fantastic. This is one of the few units that has a direct ocean view and you will not be disappointed. The balcony is huge and it was nice to sit out and just enjoy the view in the mornings and at sunset. This condo is luxury all the way and can very comfortably accommodate four couples or a large family. The bedrooms are all large and each has a private bath. The complex has excellent amenities as well. The beach service was great and it was nice to have chairs and umbrellas set up and waiting for us at the beach. The kitchen is fabulous and fully equipped. We enjoyed staying here and cooking in the kitchen so much we only went out for dinner once our entire trip. This is a special place. We rented this on a short notice but Earlene was great to work with. Thanks for accommodating us and we look forward to returning !!!

  The view of the ocean was breathtaking! From the moment we walked in, we were all amazed how accommodating the condo was. All of the rooms were large, clean and beautifully decorated. The 2 master suites and bathrooms were a special treat. My grandchildren loved their bedrooms being next to the audio room. The kitchen including all of the appliances was a "cooks" dream. The view of the ocean and Red Fish lake with the sunset was a memory making night for all of us. We enjoyed being in your codo and hope to return again.

  This unit is simply fabulous! This is our third trip to Sanctuary by the Sea (all three have been in different units) and I have to say this was the easiest, most pleasant, and most importantly, the most relaxing of them all. Overall, the entire property is first class. Specifically, the Fogle's unit is beautifully decorated, very clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is as advertised in terms of the professional equipment, all of which worked exactly as expected. There is ample room in each of the bedrooms, especially the master. The beds are comfortable (and I am picky) and the linens are nice. Further, the open living spaces are great for a family vacation. Lastly, and this is really important, the owners made the entire experience of renting this unit simple and easy. The rental agreement is straightforward and all of the instructions related to arrival and departure were detailed. They did a really good job of making us feel welcome. This is a special place with special owners. Highly recommended!!!!!

  My wife and I have vacationed at many of the top beach homes in the Santa Rosa Beach area and this condo is now at the top of our list. From the amazingly comfortable high end beds to the commercial grade high end appliances you will never want to leave the condo. Well, until you see the numerous pools, fire pits, and pool side cabanas. My son said the cabana was built just for him and he did not want to leave. It was great for making poolside adult drinks and an air conditioned mini condo when it's time to take a break from the sun. The resort host the widest beach in the area and very private, quiet, and no crowds during the summer which is rare. It is truly a "sanctuary" paradise. We grilled out poolside several nights avoiding the massive crowds at the restaurants. In the mornings we rode bikes a short ride to the Watercolor and Seaside shopping districts. Which are nice to visit with great shops but even better to leave behind to the serenity of the condo. There is a brand new Walmart and Publix just 10 minutes from the resort. Did I mention the lake and ocean views from the large balcony of the condo? The condo and resort are nothing short of amazing!! The owners are great to work with and offer a great value for your vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us and making some great family memories possible. We look forward to returning soon.
