  Our Roseville Cycling Club planned a trip to Bend and 3 couples decided to rent this house. What a wise decision! Our first night we walked to Drake Park for Music & Munch - a perfect night with good food & music. The house is roomy enough for the 6 of us to spread out - we all had our own bedroom & bathroom and the living space was huge! The tree-shaded front yard was the perfect place to host our Cycling Club for a cocktail hour! Need I say that 25 people were very jealous of our home away from home! Walking downtown for dinner (Zydeco or Joolz - YUM!) or the Farmer's Market was great. Our stay in Bend was greatly enhanced by our experience at Yesteryear!

  Wonderfully located, best historical neighborhood, walking distance to town and park, The house could use a woman's or gay mans touch. Not enough light in master bedrooms for reading (on BOTH sides of the bed). Be warned that no one can use any water while someone is in shower(s). The shower in downstairs MBR only has a trickle of water in shower and no place to put soap, shampoos etc. A few local artist (maybe for sale even) photo's and paintings on the plain walls would be interesting, but not a must. That's it. Great for dogs too, felt safe letting them out unsupervised (they are small). Pick up dog poop, the previous tenements did not and we cleaned up theirs before letting our dogs out...just sayin.

  Great location near Mirror Pond in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely fenced yard and attractive surrounding area. The home was spacious and excellent for our large family gathering. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Accessible to town and outdoor adventures. It is a charming vintage home and there were a few minor problems such as creaking stairs and floors.

  We had a wonderful time spending 3 nights at Yesteryear - beautiful historic home with the comforts of modern living. Perfect location to walk to parks, downtown, restaurants. Nice and quiet, yet close to everything. Rick and Denise were wonderful hosts, very friendly and easy to work with - we look forward to coming back!

  This spacious, beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood close to the park, and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in downtown, including several local brewpubs. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking dinner for the entire group we traveled with. The cozy fireplace was perfect for relaxing in front of after a dip in the hot tub. The property was well maintained and the property manager was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and plan to stay here again in the future.

  We stayed at the house, with our 3 children and one dog. We liked how roomy it was, and the fact that it was modern but still had that charm about it.The house was clean and comfortably furnished. The hot tub was great, and the location cannot be beat. It was a super easy walk to get coffee, food, or anything else. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, with a lot of nice homes in the surrounding area. I have to mention that Denise did a great job taking care of us, and making sure we had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

The location and charm of this home wow's them right off the bat and to see their joy and that look of "oh my, we scored on this one!" is really the icing on the cake along with great review.
