Excellent home with excellent view and close to shops. Quite neighborhood. Me and my friends had a great time . Well maintained property. This property is 10 times better than what is shown on VRBO . I will refer this to my freinds. Only challenge was to get in touch with the owner to discuss fee things about the property.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time in this home. It is very nicely kept and very comfortable. Great views off the back deck of the mountains and the dam. Logistics with the owners went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This is a very spacious house. There was plenty of room for everyone! It is close to the lake and grocery stores. The only downside is that the toilet runs, so you have to be cautious when flushing. I would recommend this property to friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Great place to stay. Close to everything in Page. Well maintained and clean. We had a group of 12 people and were each able to enjoy our own space. The kitchen/great room area was able to accommodate all of us at the same time for meals. You are able to see the Glen Canyon Dam from the balcony. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Some of our group even chose to sleep on the balcony rather than in the house. We would recommend it to family and friends for their future Lake Powell visits. One of our children even commented that it was a nicer home than the one they live in. This house is truly luxurious! My husband and I stayed here over the New Year and couldn't have been more satisfied! I am very particular about cleanliness and the house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was so nice that we were persuaded to stay in and cook a few nights. Pictures can't do this house and it's views justice. You really have to see for yourself. Lake Powell is breathtaking and the town is quaint and friendly. The owners even suggested some great sight seeing locations.We will definitely stay again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

I am not sure why I am the first review this house because it is absolutely amazing. My sister's family and mine (9 people) stayed here during the week of July 4, 2011 and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished. It is the only place I have ever stayed with this number of people that allowed enough room for everyone to be together while still having enough private space to have some alone time. The upstairs is bright and roomy whereas the downstairs in tranquil and the perfect place to relax with a movie or game. The owners are helpful and gracious. I would not hesitate to stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.
