Beautiful open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, wrap-around porch, and tile throughout. The home is attractively and comfortably furnished and has a complete kitchen, plus an outdoor gas barbecue. SCUBA divers will especially appreciate the outdoor shower, rinse tank, outdoor gear drying area (enclosed), and clothes line. The large lot is walled and gated to provide off-street parking. The home is protected by a monitored alarm system, and wireless Internet connection and cable TV are included.
The location is excellent! Belnem is one of the most upscale areas on Bonaire. This property is located about four blocks from Bachelor Beach, which is an excellent site for swimming and snorkeling as well as diving. Other south island dive sites - with easy shore access - are just minutes away by car.
Sunbathe on the open back patio or relax in the shade on the huge outdoor porch where trade winds provide a cooling breeze.

Have stayed in the house twice. Love the spaciousness and convenience. The rooms are large with very high ceilings. Front porch always has a breeze and my favorite place to eat and visit. You can drive the truck right up to the tile deck to unload. Rinse tank very close to the hangers for equipment drying. There are two clotheslines for towels and bathing suits. In a few hours everything is dry. There is a row of huge oleanders that gives a tropical feel across from the porch (I'm a flower lover). I also liked the tile deck for vegging in the sun on the chaises, my head in the shade of the tree and body in the sun. Wish I was there now.....Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family rented this home for a week during mid-March 2013 during our first visit to Bonaire. For those looking for a convenient location and quiet home while enjoying the snorkeling and diving in Bonaire, this place was perfect. It was exactly as advertised, a wonderful location, clean and quiet with plenty of room for 4 adults (2 bedroom/ 2 bath). Being able to eat outside on the spacious veranda along with a full kitchen was a real plus. The grocery stores by the airport were easy and quick to get to. For divers/ snorkelers, the location just south of town means you are just a couple of minutes away from all the central and south dive sites. For those that want to eat out or walk through Kralendiyk, the town and its restaurants are a short drive away. For those that want to enjoy Lac Bay, it is just minutes down the road. We would certainly stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

A very comfortable and charming house. The dunk tank and rack for gear was a plus. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom villa because of the open floor plan and large bedrooms. The high ceilings are a definite plus for keeping the heat away from the floor. The large covered veranda provides a great place to stay cool and enjoy bird songs from the numerous birds. The house is in a great location to take advantage of the trade winds, so even though the house has a/c in the bedrooms it really isn't necessary when using the windows for ventilation. Very close to town and the airport. I enjoyed jogging to the donkey sanctuary (1.5 miles away)and listening to the wildlife sounds. A 6 mile run on the beach access road takes you past more than a dozen superb (hey, it's Bonaire!) dive sites and points of interest such as the salt beds and slave quarters. A highly recommended house in a great location for access to all the tremendous dive sites.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
